I had a very bad experience last night with Papa John's in Seattle. I ordered through the Door Dash app and paid in full, but my order was not delivered. Whenever I try to contact the Papa John's team, no one gives me a solution, and there is no clear reason why my order was not delivered or to compensate me for the amount I paid. I paid him. It was a bad experience in all senses and I do not recommend dealing with them again for myself or any of my relatives or friends.

I made a order from the website using a discount code, I received a call from a customer representative claiming that the store couldn't print the order and that they tried to call me. I however received no phone call from the store, only from the rep. I tried using a discount code but none of them would work. I then tried calling the store a total of 6-9 TIMES, for a total of about 20-30mins in all. I tried calling the manager and no one picked up, thats insane, terrible store and customer service, I took my service to Domino's and they answered the phone under a minute! I'll be leaving a review of my encounter.

I have ordered from this store twice and both times had a horrible experience. Last time, the food was an hour late, and this time, we were at the Seattle children emergency room and ordered parmasan breadsticks and cheesesticks with 2 extra pizza sauces and asked for plates and napkins. The driver didn't bring the extra sauce I paid for and didn't bring plates or the napkins. I called back around 11:35pm and was on hold for 25 min, and no one picked up the phone. Next day I called to complaint and the manager was extremely rude and tried to make it sound like it is my fault because I complained about the food last time as well and they are going to make sure that they'll not be crediting for the mistakes they made. I am never going to order food from this restaurant again.

Neither I, nor my adjacent neighbors, nor the neighbors next to them, have tables in front of our doors.Called the store and the manager pretty much told me to take it up to corporate.I am a 6 minutes drive from this store, so I'm not sure what the difficulty even is.EDIT: I called back in and the manager gave me the Quality Guarantee, which means they redelivered. This time, the pizza did arrive!
