Not sure what’s up but this PJ’s has been on a heater the past three months. Coincidence or new management? I’ve frequented this Papa’s for over 5 years, many times I’ve just had to bear it.
I’ve ordered 3 times since Labor Day and they’ve been excellent pies full of toppings and, as a former chain pizza maker myself, made by an employee that actually put forth effort-which is extremely rare in Seattle now.
Moreover, the employees seem communicative, coherent and not put off by your mere existence, and earnest working people for a change which again is a lot to ask for in current-day Seattle restaurant encounters.
Nevertheless, hope the trend continues!

I forgot to switch from carry out back to delivery. After my most recent order. Once I realize the mistake. I tried to call the store to correct the mistake and ended up being on hold for more than 30 minutes.

After I was asked for my name and introduced myself, I was asked what I want to order, I asked who I am talking with, they kept asking what I want to order instead of introducing themself, I asked two more times, what is the name of the person I am speaking with, and they hang on me. Nice, I will not be ordering from Papa John's there are other places where my money will go :)

I had a very bad experience last night with Papa John's in Seattle. I ordered through the Door Dash app and paid in full, but my order was not delivered. Whenever I try to contact the Papa John's team, no one gives me a solution, and there is no clear reason why my order was not delivered or to compensate me for the amount I paid. I paid him. It was a bad experience in all senses and I do not recommend dealing with them again for myself or any of my relatives or friends.

I made a order from the website using a discount code, I received a call from a customer representative claiming that the store couldn't print the order and that they tried to call me. I however received no phone call from the store, only from the rep. I tried using a discount code but none of them would work. I then tried calling the store a total of 6-9 TIMES, for a total of about 20-30mins in all. I tried calling the manager and no one picked up, thats insane, terrible store and customer service, I took my service to Domino's and they answered the phone under a minute! I'll be leaving a review of my encounter.

The guy that made my pizza and cashiered was very nice. As always the pizza was totally awesome.
