I have ordered from this store twice and both times had a horrible experience. Last time, the food was an hour late, and this time, we were at the Seattle children emergency room and ordered parmasan breadsticks and cheesesticks with 2 extra pizza sauces and asked for plates and napkins. The driver didn't bring the extra sauce I paid for and didn't bring plates or the napkins. I called back around 11:35pm and was on hold for 25 min, and no one picked up the phone. Next day I called to complaint and the manager was extremely rude and tried to make it sound like it is my fault because I complained about the food last time as well and they are going to make sure that they'll not be crediting for the mistakes they made. I am never going to order food from this restaurant again.

Store did not deliver pizza and driver lied, saying that they "put it on the table". Neither I, nor my adjacent neighbors, nor the neighbors next to them, have tables in front of our doors.Called the store and the manager pretty much told me to take it up to corporate.I am a 6 minutes drive from this store, so I'm not sure what the difficulty even is.EDIT: I called back in and the manager gave me the Quality Guarantee, which means they redelivered. This time, the pizza did arrive!

Very disappointing. The pepperoni stuffed crust was as thin as cardboard and the taste was on par, too. I feel awful writing this review but totally felt compelled to do so. The cinnamon dessert was okay though. I don't normally ask for a refund but probably should've considering we ate only 1.5 slices. Threw the rest out. Such a waste of what could've been a great pizza. No more Papa's for me! ?

Really disappointed, my garlic sauce cup was pressed into the pizza and the pepper I got was smashed into the corner and the insides were gone…. Last time I ordered they didn’t give me a garlic cup and this time they smash it in my pizza. ?

I picked up an order of pizza and a dessert for an incapacitated family member.1. Food- the pizza was almost devoid of toppings. Received less than the ordered amount of sauce. The dessert bites were burnt and missing one (says 8 on website, only received 7). The website says real cheese used. Didn't seem like it. It was a stuffed crust and it was spit out due to it being rubbery and ineatable.2. Service and atmosphere. I was ignored for a while. 2 employees too busy joking around with each other. A third looking frazzled and trying to do everything by himself. I was told by the frazzled one that all the sauces were there, so I didn't check. Plus it was a very small, dirty place and I took him at his word.It's a joke to go online this morning and find out that a customer has to call or come back within 30 minutes in order for this corporation to correct the problem.This was my first time going to this restaurant and won't ever go to another one again.

Ordered pizza . The store canceled order after an hour. Stayed on hold for 2 hours to try to get refund nobody answered the phone. Worst costumer service ever. Wouldn’t offer refund on order on the online chat.
