I ordered a large custom white sauce garlic cheese stuffed pizza and cinnamon pull-apart bread, the food was delicious and exactly what I ordered, so no problem there.
However, I had selected car-side carryout since the store is out of my way getting home and I thought it would be a little more convenient. I had to park across the single lane residential street in a 30 minute load/unload, within unobstructed view of the store.
The tracker said my order was ready before I got there, and I used the "I'm here" thing and sat for five minutes before an employee poked their head out of the door. They made eye contact with me twice, and then went back inside. I sat for another five minutes (not sure if the tracker was just ahead of the order) before I just turned off my car and went inside to get it and walked out with it immediately.
My car is a bright red Ford, just like I marked on the order, and the confirmation says that if parking isn't available in front of the store to park within view and stay in the car. If employees won't or can't do car-side carryout, don't offer it.
Parking: The only parking available is street parking and the store is located in the same building as apartments so there's likely to not be parking in front of the store. There is a 30 minute load/unload across the street, but they won't even bring your pizza out there if you choose car-side carryout.

we ordered delivery and the guy showed up with the wrong pizza. he then went back to the restaurant and brought the “right pizza” except it came with the wrong toppings and they didn’t give me my drink or the extra sauces we paid for. do better for deliveries if it’s gonna be so expensive ?

It's Papa Johns. You know what you're getting. But the staff at this location are notably friendly. Just be sure to order online using their available coupons and special deals which often turn a $50+ order into a $20 order.

This is the worst papa johns Ive ever encountered. I've given them so many chances because usually papa johns is amazing but I give up with this one. Never follow order instructions, burnt garlic knots every time (and almost no sauce in the cup for it), and when they forget to give you something you ordered? Too bad cause now they deliver through doordash so theres nothing they can do.

Delivery driver and store employees blocked a bus lane and bus stop. Shows no regard for their neighbors or those who need to use the bus or the accessible stops. employees cursed me out for telling them to move.

The manager makes unordered substitutions to your order and then not only refuses to appropriately compensate you for their error, she is rude and hangs up on you rather than take care of the issue professionally and appropriately!

The drive-up thing doesn’t really work. I waited in my car like for 10 min but they just ignored my order. Eventually had to get into the store to get it by myself.

I tried to call three times to make sure my order was right. They just pick up the phone and instantly hang up every time, after all the robot voices telling me it's top notch. What a joke. Not worth the money.

Nobody attended me and then they told me that in 5 minutes my order was there and I returned and they didn't even find it so they told me that it would take another 8 minutes, apart from being rude and not even offering an apology for the one who seems to be in charge since the other employees seem to be younger and keep learning
