Went here almost a month ago now and had a bad experience with the employees ignoring customers, being argumentive when a customer asked about their food and than cross contamination worries. I expressed my concerns by filling out the online survey and was contacted by the manager Matthew Otto-Montero who said he would like to make things right and to respond back so we could work something out, this was on Nov 30th, I responded the same day and have since responded 3 more times with no one reaching back out. I forgot to mention that the employee that was arguing with the customer also almost caused a physical altercation with said customer.

I like Papa John's but this store is carryout only. I also notice they do not pay attention to the orders they fill. I have ordered a double chocolate chip brownie twice and never received it. The 1st order I purchased came with a cinnamon style desert I took back and got my money for. The 2nd order came with a cookie and still no brownies. No one is going to walk back in the cold for the wrong desert.

Just don’t bother. Like it is laughable how bad they are at following instructions. First it was forgetting my diet dr kelp which okay minor inconvenience, then I see my pizza and it’s not right it is my pizza because these are the toppings.. I ordered pineapple on the entire pizza and bacon on right and sausage on left I thought maybe I accidentally selected both meats to be on the same side but nah I was right they messed it up.
Edit: it’s been over a week and they never refunded my money likely they said they would I will be calling the store again today to remind them and keep updating this review. This location should not be in business
Edit 2: I called at first they said I’d have to pick up my refund in person then they immediately called back to say my refund was already processed and I would see it the next day; 48 hours later and still no refund I will be making another call. Oh and this person on the phone said they were the general manager

I ordered from them twice since they've opened, each time the pizza was incredibly undercooked. Try it out and review if they've better, but I had enough bad experiences to not try again.
I don’t know how a location manages to get every possible thing wrong, but store #5244 did exactly that. I placed an order at 4:30 PM and was quoted an estimated delivery time of 5:18-5:28 PM. An hour passed and no food. The ETA continued to be pushed back every few minutes. I tried contacting the store to no avail. I tried contacting Papa John’s through their live chat since the store wasn’t responding. The agent told me they were unable to cancel the order and all I could do was fill out an online form and wait 24-48 hours for a response.
Finally, over four hours later, my order was delivered and was completely wrong. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks - a super basic order, yet I received a plain cheese pizza and a brownie. I’ve been a fan of Papa John’s for many years as I generally love their pizzas but after this experience I will never order from them again.

As I was waiting for my order I saw the employee who was preparing pizzas give another couple their online order, then proceed to take trash from outside the restaurant that one of the customers brought in (there's no bin in the small front area for customers) and throw it away. I was then given my order, and I watched as the employee went back to making more pizzas without changing their contaminated gloves, touching all the food and equipment and topping dispensers in the back of the relatively open air kitchen.
I don't think I'll be eating this pizza, and I don't know if I even care enough to call and try to speak to whoever is in charge -- I just wanted to try the location to see how it held up and I think what I witnessed overwrote any interest in eating what was given to me that I had before I stepped in.
I hope the staff is retrained, I hope someone sees this review.
