Don't bother with the online ordering. Wanted my toppings on the whole pizza, and adding pineapple to only half was obviously too confusing.
So I end up walking away with like 5 slices just plain cheese, and 3 kinda passable. Can confirm, the ticket printed on box is correct, just the hands that made it couldn't read it correctly.
Order over the phone if you must, or sidestep this place all together

Absolutely trouble. We place order for Tin crust pizza when we open the pizza at home it was something else and the guy charged us $28:35 for a single pizza and we buy the same thing other places for less than $20

Pay attention to Papa Johns. You don't have a good guy working for delivery orders. He was on his shift on October 13th. The nasty guy, always dissatisfied.

John is my go to guy for pizza night, you can tell he really cares about the customers experience and takes pride in making the pizzas good looking and better tasting than your average pizza place .
I paid 30.00 for 2 pizza that have almost no toppings!! All I taste is crust and sauce...for real. Won't ever go back

I called over the phone to place an order and was confirmed a price. When I got to the store, I was charged double. I called to clarify why this happened and the man at the store who gave me the food answered, got super hostile, tried to intimidate me by saying he knows who I am (I’ve never been to this store before), then hung up on me and blocked my number. I’ve spent a month calling corporate to resolve this issue and am never called back even though they promise contact within 48 hours every time. I’ve never had an experience like this in my life. Feeling pretty scammy. I have no desire to go to a Papa John’s again.

I was promised before that I could just call directly and not deal with the Online Junk! I'm old school and the manager there who respected that before and told me to call back person to person anytime and order this way again, that same person just treated me rudely and told me that I need to order online or I don't get a special. That I have to pay full price. He didn't even want to give me the price at first! I was ready to cancel! Then he gives me the price! Mind you, we're just talking one 16 inch pizza with 3 toppings! He charged me about $40! And for Carry Out they want a tip. I'm glad usually to give a great tip! I gave 0 tip this time! I won't be coming in again! I don't need to be treated rudely just because I don't want to order YOUR WAY! Screw that!
