Papa Johns Pizza

DO NOT order from this place! I placed an online order for pickup the next day. I ordered 16 pizzas for a lunch party. I received an email 45min before my pickup time informing me that my order had been cancelled. I called this location numerous times to get an explanation as to why my order was cancelled. I was not able to get a hold of anyone so I decided to show up to the location hoping I could re-order in person.

When I arrived at this location around 11:45am, I explained to the lady working there how my order was cancelled and I asked if I could re-order. She was VERY frustrated about this and told me that she will not be making 16 pizzas, simply because she didn’t want to. She refused to give me service which I thought was absurd because who turns down a $500 sale? I kept trying to place an order and she just told me how she’s tired, having a bad day and that she does not want to make 16 pizzas.

I have never experienced anything like this before. I mean, it was just outrageous how a worker in food service REFUSED to make me food just because she didn’t want to! Unbelievable.

I’m writing this review pretty much to say it’s really not that bad. I’ve ordered from here more times than I’m willing to admit and my order has never been messed up, food is always fine, service is always fine, there’s nothing wrong with this place aside from the parking. No parking anywhere nearby is seriously terrible though and I do hate that.

They always close earlier than what they say and it tastes like they cook the pizza to fast

I placed order at Saturday around 9:30pm and they canceled my order. When I called the store the employee said he was closing early and cleaning the store. He was also rude about it, not a good experience. But I got my money back 2 days later. Avoid this location.

They didn't have my boneless chicken pizza, and they wouldn't give my two shots of espresso, they wouldn't let us finish the call.

Was excited when a Papa Johns finally opened up here. I like their product. But this location...wow.

Not the best location for pickup. There's no parking, so have fun parking in the neighborhood. Parked on the other side of light rail and walked over my first time there. Had a couple guys follow me.

My last 2 delivery orders were for a medium with cup pepperoni, olive, and mushroom. First one was just mushroom. Wrote PJ's on twitter, they sent me a coupon code for a free large to make up for the mistake. Used the coupon code a couple weeks ago for the same thing. Got olive and mushroom, still no pepperoni. Just done. If you're out of the crispy pepperoni, you could tell me and ask if I wanted a substitute topping or just do the regular pepperoni. But no, two orders in a row, both wrong in the same way.

I'll order from the Renton store when I'm there from now on.

I’ve always loved Papa John’s and was excited to see one open near me. But, I placed my first order online and paid, then someone from Central Papa John’s had to call and tell me the store “closed early without telling us.” They were nice and refunded me, but something ain’t right with this location. Bummer.

STAY CLEAR. The pizza I just ordered was the absolute worst pizza I have ever eaten. Very little cheese, old foul tasting veggies, not to mention a few slices had no cheese or toppings at all! I ordered 3 pizzas, all of them with the same issue. Save yourself your money and get a frozen pie, sadly a Red Baron will be a dramatic step up from the slop they make here.

The pizza was bad it wasn't fully cooked and gave me stomach problems immediately. The topping wasn't correct, they were out of Pepsi and ranch sauce. Customer service was nice. The area is bad lot off open drug usage and sketchy characters fighting among each other. Also very limited parking which forces you to walk around unsafe area. If do visit park in north side and do the longer walk don't park south side of the building.
