Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Was really wanting a vegan pizza tonight. Unfortunately, there is no plant based protein. Unfortunately, you charge way too much to out some veggies on your pizza. So my money is going to your competition.
With all the scientific evidence from all over the world, eating plants is best for the human body and the environment. Hopefully you guys will catch up.

I only visited once, but my pepperoni pizza experience was...let's say, unique. Imagine ordering a pepperoni pizza and receiving a game of pepperoni hide-and-seek instead. Half the usual amount of pepperoni? More like a pepperoni teaser. And the tomato sauce and cheese? They were in an open relationship, clearly not committed to any one slice. Some slices were drowning in saucy, cheesy goodness while others were left in a barren wasteland of dough. A true culinary adventure, but not the one I signed up for.

I order a chicken garlic pizza I didn't notice until I got home it was not what I ordered it was likea chicken garlic but with the chicken Mediterranean ingredients new person working

Just spent the last 50 minutes waiting for a family 5 meat stuffed pizza, all the while getting to hear the lady working there how much she hates her boss and gets no hours... I'd say it's because you are busy talking instead of working. Unacceptable and I won't be going to this spot any longer...

The staff was so rude with the customers, even they are not able to deal with customers. I had very bad experience.

Whoever owns this location is a cheap skate, it's always criminally understaffed. The food itself is fine, basically the same as most other locations I've been to, but I didn't think I've ever seen more than two people working the 7 or 8 times I've ordered from here. Even on a busy Friday or Saturday during the dinner rush. Or, if you're going to choose not to hire and leave your poor staff trying to fend for themselves, stop accepting orders until they can get out from under the rush.

The last time I ordered from here I showed up 15 minutes after the confirmation email said it would be ready and still ended up waiting for over an hour. Ended up being 1 hour and 45 minutes from placing the order until it was ready... Pretty wild for a couple of uncooked pizzas.

Papa Murphy's makes some of my favorite pizzas, but I won't be ordering from here again while it's under current management, it's just always a pain in the ass. I hope the employees get some help soon, it's certainly not fair for them.

They post on the website that they are open until 8:00 PM. I have called them 2 different times at 7:25 PM......and they refuse to answer the phone so it is not possible to place an order at this time. I have gone here a few times in the past and the food was good, but if they won't take any orders at 7:25 PM......they need to say that on their website. Fortunately both times I tried, I happened to still be in the Lynwood area, but figured I could pick up a pizza closer to home. I was able to call the Mukilteo Speedway location and they were more than happy to fill my order.

How can you not put pepperoni on the pizza when it's the first ingredient? Got home to realize that, and now it closes in 5 minutes!

Very unhappy with the amount of toppings on our jack o lantern pizza. Not even 20 pepperonis on our pizza, when the advertisement had more than 30 visible. It barely even looks like a face! :( .

I didn't have a good experience here at all. They didn't get my order right. Kept asking my name & order, I showed multiple times on my phone what I ordered & proof of purchased. I was trying to be nice and understanding. They had a attitude with me and spouse. Blasting music while we wait, To a point that it was uncomfortable. I couldn't get a refund, I will not be returning to this Papa Murphy holman Road.
