Ordered three cheese steaks and doubled up. So ultimately 6 cheese steaks as we did here they were small. With delivery charge, automatic tip and all it was almost $80.00. We received half our order and they told us they would review in the next 24 hours for a refund. I would never order from this place again. It was a first time and a last. Sad if your business’s whole plan is basically delivery only and you cannot even get that right.

Worse business ever. Ordered food, they cancelled my order and never reimbursed me. I have made several attempts to rectify this and they are not responding.

We order from them through door dash and when the food got here 1 of the things was completely the wrong item, another was missing ranch and the side of chipotle mayo. Our door dasher went back up there and we called and had them remake it but they wouldn't give it to the dasher. So my husband had to go up there and get it. We paid to not have to leave and for our dasher to be denied our food is unacceptable.

Absolutely disgusting, steak was over cooked and super dry, put 2 pieces of fake cheese on top. I was missing the sauce to dip the donuts in. The fries were old and cold and my sandwich was cold and open. Never will order from here again 🤮 the food is un seasoned as well, bland asf. Threw it in the trash

What a waste. Tiny flavorless sandwich, 1/2 a handful of fries. I feel duped.

I should have just ordered a sandwich from IHop, because that is who made this food.

Preordered on Google, said didn’t take my card, used another, it took both. Drove to address and can’t find parking, had to use the sidewalk, then I couldn’t find the restaurant, went in Bucca De Beppos and the host said it’s in there kitchen bc it’s a virtual restaurant. He comes back 10 minutes later with the to go bag, I wanted to eat inside, it’s illegal to eat in a different restaurant than them, asked for Ketchup for fries, nope, only ketchup for cheeseburgers, ummm, and then the sandwich was as small as my phone and even less meat. And the 15 crinkle fries and can of Pepsi was another $5. Then had to eat in my truck on the sidewalk.

Gas charged $6.99 for a 1/2 order of fries. And my feelings just fell apart because the bun was so solid at the bottom.

Wasted my entire lunch time looking for a restaurant that doesn’t even exist. I’m starving, and it took me 20 minutes to get there, just to have it not be there. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Three stars for service and atmosphere because I ordered takeout. 2 stars for the food. The cheesesteak was small, the chicken was chunked instead of thinly sliced, there roughly 10 fries in the small. I guess I expected too much for $20 but Jersey Mike’s is 10x better at for less.

I used Uber eats pickup, I get a monthly $15 credit and it was the last day of the month, coming back from the airport late, and starving. I stopped in picked up my order all sealed in a bag, I immediately thought it sure felt light, oh well it wont be much of a sandwich, I get home open it up and all there is is a little container of fries! Not at all happy I drove all the way back to the store (the provided phone # doesn't work) And the gal at the counter said "oh i forgot to tell you we don't make these sandwiches anymore, the manager always forgets to order the meat so we don't make them" And shrugs her shoulders, says she can't do anything, says maybe I should call Uber? So I went home hungry, they eventually cancelled the order but I still forfeited my monthly credit so its as if they charged me anyways. Just shockingly bad service.

I got my food door dash after I didn't get it the 1st time...re ordered and got cold fries and chicken tenders that was fried way too hard that I couldn't even eat them..1st eating in Seattle..definitely not a good 1st

I'd love to be able to write a review on the taste, the service, the value but after 3 separate attempts to order from this place they have once again canceled my order. Why have an online order service if you're not going to process the orders.

This runs out of the IHOP in Bellevue so they kind of trick you. I got the Philly cheesesteak fries and they only gave me the fries. The fries were old, hard, and cold. My husband got the Chipotle chicken cheesesteak and it didn't have any peppers and was super bland. Seriously, don't waste your money. The most disappointing door dash I've ever had.
