Food was delicious. They ran out of the roasted corn. Wish it showed that it was sold out online so that I didn’t order it. I got fries as substitute, which I already ordered. I should’ve just asked for a refund on the corn. Lemonade was way too sweet. Had to water it down with a lot of water and ice.

This is my favorite place to eat and I always bring friends from out of town here. Today I went and my friend has an I extreme cilantro allergy. We told the counter that he had an allergy. She promised the cooks would be careful with his sandwich. When we received the food, there was cilantro on it. That happens and is understandable when people forget but when we got the “newly” made sandwich, they used the same bread as the first one. We understand there is always a risk when eating out, but it should be taken seriously and we felt like it wasn’t. It is just a good learning moment for your crew.

This is a must eat place. It can get busy at times but the staff is amazingly efficient and the food is worth any wait. There is really great outside seating when weather permits otherwise there isn't that much seating.

Finally tried Paseo and it didn't disappoint. I got their famous Cuban Sandwich. The combination of the carmalized onions and pickled jalapeño was surprisingly delicious. The patio outside was rather pleasant and nice to enjoy on the hot day. I highly recommend.

Lovely staff, cute spot, very hard working folks. But the food itself has fallen off. I’m not sure what sort of cost cutting is going on, but the Caribbean roast sandwhich I got the other day was smaller and blander than ever before, and the bread itself is tougher than usual.

I’ve had good food from here many times before, so I’ll definitely give it another chance. But if this is the new standard, I’d rather drive the extra distance to Un Bien.

I tried their signature pork sandwich and the portion was huge, almost enough for 2 people. Prepare to have your hands greasy but the sandwich was flavorful. I like that they use everything composting in the restaurant!

We finished a pretty big project right up the road and decided to pull up to this restaurant! Glad I did! Best sandwich I have eaten in years. 🔥 . The refresher drink was fire, and the salsa and chips. Damnit man! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Saved in my favorites for future dinner with my boo.

The smokin chicken sandwich was amazing! And the tostones were one of the best I’ve ever had! Delicious!

I've been coming here for years. I'm really disappointed with how much protein was given. 20$ for 6 strips of pork on their carribean plato. You lost a customer.

Great food, would have to say I prefer un bien but just barely. Food is still amazing here.

One of the big three Caribbean sandwich joints in Seattle (along with Un Bien and Bongos). My favorite sandwich is anything with their roast pork and onions on it. The yuca fries, tostones, and plantains are also really good.

I ordered the West Caribbean bowl with chicken breast to say Paseo quality and food has dropped off is not enough. Maybe I should have ordered chicken thighs, but it was literally sliced chicken over rice. It was less Caribbean and more teriyaki tasting. Anyways I used to go to Paseo years ago and the food was so good, but I'm not sure if cooks changed or what.
