Tiny little place in Pike Place Market. Very difficult to get a seat to sit and eat. The food, however, is AMAZING! I had the pomodoro sauce and my daughter had the venison ragu. We both got the burata. We loved our dishes!
The al dente is legit here. Obviously not as al dente as Italy, which is good cause I cannot handle that much al dente 👀
We shared the venison ragu pappradelle and the seafood gemelli, both were delicious, but the venison ragu pappradelle was the standout. Pastas are freshly made! Would definitely be back!

By the time I post this review, the menu will probably be different. They make fresh pasta every day (we were at Pike Place around 8:30 am one morning and saw all the prep work). There was a line when we went on a Thursday afternoon, and it's a bit of a scramble for counter seats. You order, try to find a spot, and listen for your name.
