With a game the next day it was not so much in party mode lol. A lot of support (clothes wise) for our team.... Go Seahawks! The hummus plate and Caesar salad (towering) were so filling! Drinks hit the spot. DJ was just setting up around prior to 7? People you gotta try the absinthe (whole setup)! Thank you for your hospitality xoxo
We paid $120 per person to attend the New Year's Eve event. The promotion clearly stated: “We're partnering with Taittinger Champagne and serving up fresh oysters all night long!” This strongly implies that champagne and oysters would be available throughout the night. However, upon arrival, we were informed that only one glass of champagne per person was included, and oysters had to be purchased separately. In addition, we paid a total of $480 including taxes for a reserved table, but when we arrived, nothing was available. We were left outside in the cold, and the heaters were not working. This was extremely disappointing and disrespectful, especially for a New Year's Eve event. I do not recommend this place.
This review is for the brunch. Patagon is the restaurant inside The Charter Hotel, which is part of Hilton. It’s really nice inside. The bar is beautiful and greets you on the left as you walk toward the host. The kitchen is to the right.
The brunch menu is honestly meh. The cheeseburger $21 was the only thing that seemed decent to me. The beef patties were tasty, but the portion size was small. The chicken quesadilla $18 was so disappointing. It was so dry, and there was barely enough salsa for the chips. The mango salsa was a joke. This is an Argentinian restaurant?
The server was nice.
Bathroom is in the hotel lobby. You need to exit the restaurant to reach it.
No wifi.
Indoor seating only.
Apple Pay/credit card accepted. Can charge the bill to your room.

I visited for both breakfast and dinner. The food was tasty, well-presented, and what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. However, the service was a bit slow during dinner, and the atmosphere felt dull — mostly individual diners eating alone for work. I also didn’t like that they automatically added a 20% tip to the bill.

Came in to share a quick drink and meal. Both the drink and food were delicious! Who knew that scallops and pork belly would work so well together? We will be back for sure

Our server last night was wonderful! She really took great care of us and made us feel so welcome. All of the food was delicious. Patagon is going on our list on spots to return to!

I had half an hour to grab a bite before heading to the Moore Theatre for a performance. Patagon is close by and when I peeked in, it didn’t look too busy. Since I was solo, I sat at the bar and was immediately given a menu by the bartender. I ordered a dirty martini and my eyes landed on the Fire Grilled Pork Belly-an attractive starter served atop an apple purée & kimchi spiced apple compote. The pork was a bit too fatty for my taste, but overall, I found it to be a tasty dish that satisfied my appetite. What really made this quick meal a superb experience was the bartender, Davey, whom I found to be a wonderful person to chat with. To boot, Davey makes an excellent dirty martini, chilled & perfectly balanced.
I’d return, perhaps not for the same dish, but it wouldn’t be fair to say other items Patagon serves aren’t delicious. That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to return for another one of Davey’s perfectly prepared dirty martinis.

The salmon was good, not great. The flatiron steak was tough and inedible. The burger was h ok. The fries were delicious. The waitress was great.
The food portions were okay, but it took a bit to get a table, and the staff didn't seem as friendly as I'd hoped.
The restaurant had only two servers which include the server being the receptionist and the bartender and the bus boy. They lack staff, therefore, lack service underwhelming at best not a good steakhouse if you wanna go and entertain.
A bit on the pricey side but we stayed in this hotel and loved the food and craft cocktails on the menus!
Eggs benny for brunch is a 10/10.

No matter how it’s presented, the food is basic cafeteria style. The service is painfully slow and forgetful, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Despite what the online menu claims, there are no real vegetarian options. Overall, not worth the visit — even if you're staying at the hotel.
