No matter how it’s presented, the food is basic cafeteria style. The service is painfully slow and forgetful, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Despite what the online menu claims, there are no real vegetarian options. Overall, not worth the visit — even if you're staying at the hotel.

Wait times too long even when there are empty tables around. Service takes at least 20 mins.

Prompt and friendly service. We had the scallops+pork belly and a burger. Both were excellent, even the sides. I’d absolutely return.

It is an okay spot for breakfast.. I believe the regular coffee is way too expensive at $6. The breakfast food itself was delicious. Had the breakfast burger and salmon bagels! I would get it again. But I do feel like the servers lacked attention to us during our meal. Would I go again? Probably not. But yummy.

Very disappointing. Disregard Patagon's marketing. This is very simply just another hotel restaurant. The food is your typical frozen breakfast potato's heated up until they are over cooked and runny eggs tough bacon, you get the picture. Servers are hit or miss. The younger servers seem to be in tune to their clients and trying to do their best to serve well, but when you run into the old crusty restaurant manager Mary, be prepared for her to step out of her lane to insert her jaded opinion towards you and your family. If you don't mind a complete strangers random opinions and criticisms of you, then ask for her table. If you are looking for bad meal with rude service, this is your place! Good luck Seattle!

I got the shrimp pasta and I've had better pasta out of a kraft box. I also got the Parmesan truffle fries. McDonald's fries are better. The fries look just like McDonald's fries but with shitty Parmesan sprinkled on top. Very beautiful restaurant and service was fine but the food was garbage, or at least the food that I got. Also, they didn't finish peeling the tails of the shrimp and if I'm going to pay $50 for shitty pasta you would think that they would at least take the time to finish peeling the shrimp.

Hotel restaurants are typically hit or miss. However Patagon is a hit. Hotel meals are not inexpensive, but Patagon does offer value for the price. This was one oh the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Juicy and full of flavor and the bun stood up to the heft juice of the patties.

Staying at the Charter Hotel made this a convenient option after traveling all day from the east coast. The food was good. It wasn't spectacular but then again it was not extremely expensive either. Approximately $32 for the chicken entree pictured below. The waitstaff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The food came out very quickly. The presentation was good. I do not have any real complaints about this restaurant. Additionally it was an excellent option if you have the diamond status with Hilton. As the Charter Hotel is part of the Hilton Curio Collection, you get not only the $25 meal voucher from the hotel but also the $15 hotel credit for the menu ($40) which basically covered the cost of the food. These conditions, I'm sure, could change, but for now, it was a very good deal for those staying in the hotel with diamond status.

Amazing food.

I’ll keep this short. Overpriced and low quality. Please look at my $29 avocado toast.
Salmon was $60, it was good but the quinoa and sauce were overly salty.

Had a meal here in March. It wasn't great, but I'd call it 2 maybe 3 stars for food and service. It was extremely salty and the menu pretty boring overall. Service was awkward. It is and felt like a hotel lobby restaurant.

We were given the check and paid with two cards (both mine). I was charged correctly and signed the receipts. I used two cards bc I had a credit on each card so when used together our meal would be free.

Three days later the charges disappeared and then appeared as the whole bill on one card. So now I was paying for half the meal and my credit was going to waste. That aside, changing a credit card charge after the fact is fraud.

Called a few times and finally got someone. Spoke to accounting. They assured me they understood the issue and that it would be fixed. We ended the call with her saying she would call me back that day to confirm when the refund had been processed. Never heard from her again. That was three weeks ago. I've left two more voicemail messages and a Yelp message earlier on.

Don't eat here. Don't stay here. Changing credit card charges after a guest has signed a receipt and left is a major red flag. Not correcting after learning about the issue is inexcusable and illegal.

Very friendly staff, very good food, with a good variety of choices.

I stayed at the hotel and was told I got a $25 dinning credit here each day so I ended up coming for breakfast twice and dinner once.

Starting with the bad:
The service during breakfast is some of the worst I have experienced. There is a staff of 2 serving and they aren't equipped to multitask. Both days when I arrived there was a line of several people waiting to be seated. The lady would seat 1 group at a time, then get them water, then take their order, then enter their order before coming back up to seat the next group. Several people left the line waiting for their turn. Both staff members were running around like they were super busy, but they weren't actually getting anything done. Almost like they were walking around in circles and stressing themselves out. The kitchen kept calling for an order that was ready to be taken to the table. It took over 10 mins for the staff to come get it after she passed by 5 times saying she was too busy to get it..

The prices are fairly high for what you get at breakfast.

The good:
Came for dinner one night after a long work day. I had the chicken and it was absolutely amazing! I ate 100% of everything on the plate! The service was improved at night and there were no issues like at breakfast.
