Paid over $200 for a meal that took 30 plus minutes to arrive, and the food was cold. Not what I was expecting for an "Argentinian" restaurant. Very disappointed!!!

Restaurant is never crowded. The food portions are small and expensive. The staff it's not very friendly. Be aware... This restaurant charges an additional 20% to your check which 16% is considered a tip for the server in 4% goes to the house. Not to mention they also include a line for tips in addition to the 20% included in your bill. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, but this is not one.

I'll preface this review with a reminder that 3 stars means "It's okay" as I share the critical details. Ambiance of the restaurant is decent but seating is mostly tables, very few booths. Service was friendly but minimal touch, and there were very few patrons dining on a Wed night. I started with the Chili Rubbed Pork Belly, and when delivered my server informed me "It should really be called Brussel Sprouts and some Pork Belly", and he was absolutely right. It would have been nice to know at the time of ordering that the primary advertised ingredient comprised only 10% of the dish. It was a very good appetizer if you're interested in brussel sprouts, and I was disappointed at the misrepresentation because I came here for meat. They really want to you order your steak rare - when I chose the NY Strip my server asked, "Medium Rare?" to which I replied "Medium, please" and it ended up being just a touch above rare to be classified as medium. It was very tender and juicy, but lacking any significant flavor. For being cooked over wood fire there really wasn't any fired or smoked flavor, nor any salt or other seasoning. Two spears of asparagus are just enough to garnish the plate with a touch of green, and again not seasoned at all. The scoop of garlic mashed potatoes was the only item on the plate to include salt. Serving a steak in a deep-lipped bowl/plate isn't the best choice for a meal you need to access with both utensils. This could be an acceptable place to eat if you're staying in the hotel, but I woulnd't go out of my way to come here otherwise.

The food was great and a nice atmosphere but the service was poor. We felt like an inconvenience to the server. I felt it was overpriced the overall value.

I went for lunch hoping this isnt how dinner service is. The kitchen staff seemed inconvenienced by our visit by what I could see with the open kitchen concept . The server seemed a bit more intrested, but it felt that we were not catered to the way dinner service is. And she lacked attention. Forgot what we ordered and who ordered what ( only 2 of us) I watched the bartender make my cocktail, do a straw test. Proceed to make a disgusted face upon tasting. then added another ingredient and shook the drink a second time. To my bar knowledge, you are not supposed to shake a cocktail twice as it lowers the quality and waters it down. By the presentation online, we expected Argentinian food, but the lunch menu wasn't that. Things you would probably find on the menu of a Decent American diner. they were good ingredients and produce etc. Just not what we expected by the fact it's an Argentinian Restaunt. For the price of which we paid I was pretty disappointed with the experience and the food.

I don't think it was really authentically "Argentinian"... but at any rate they had excellent steak nonetheless. Little bit more on the "done" side than ordered but they've got so much flavor so I didn't really mind it. The atmosphere definitely has hotel restaurant vibes (which is kinda what it is). The only disappointment for me was I booked this place because my boss was coming to town and he's Argentinian. He still liked the food and he saw "themes" but not a large selection in terms of uniquely Argentine dishes.

Amazing food and service. The menu is creative and every item has a special touch. The staff are very polite, fun, and professional. We had breakfast here during our recent staycation at the Charter, and we want to go back for dinner because it was so good!Definitely one of the best hotel restaurants I’ve ever been to, and on my top list of restaurants, period.Dietary restrictions: Good vegan and vegetarian optionsParking: Easy parking with valet or cheap garage parking near the hotelKid-friendliness: Plenty of kid optionsWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible building.

We stayed at the Charter Hotel so it made sense to have breakfast included with our stay and to eat here. We won't next time. The menu was very limited, especially for someone who needs to be careful what they eat like my wife. The toast was overdone, the eggs were under done, and everything else was merely adequate. For the price, we will try elsewhere the next time we are in town for a show at the Moore. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive to us, so great service.

The waiter didn't check on us at all even considering there were barely any other tables being serviced. Food was extremely bland (specifically the Ricotta Tortellini). The ambience was nice and great to see an open kitchen.

OMG, literally the BEST french toast in Seattle! Actually one of the best French toast in the states, 5/5 ⭐️’s!The flavor is immaculate! I’d say perfection, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The sauce, ingredients, and texture are the perfect trio!If you’re a French toast fanatic, add this one to your list as a must try! ?

We had NY strip, pork, salmon, and a lasagna. We didn't have time to take most of our plates because we were so hungry. When our plate got on our table, we ate it all up. It was delicious! We had to call for reservations because we were a party of four. Our entree has a serving of asparagus and mashed potatoes.

There was not any price indicated on the pri-fixe menu. Although I ordered salmon which was $38.00, i don't understand why the meal alone for beans, mashed potatoes and salmon ended up being $90.00(excluding taxes)! this is outrageoous. We were shown what the menu was but there was not a price, only what was shown online. So how do you come up with $90.00 for each person if we had salmon, soup and side order of beans? The salmon was good but the rest of the dinner was cold and did not taste fresh. Why does Patagon advertise sustainable quality Argentinian meat dishes and and serve low-quality pre-fixe menu not advertised on their website? Misleading advertising and poor quality food.

Service was not that great. You would think with the prices they have it will be a lot better. The steak here is excellent! Alcoholic drinks were really good as well. I would give it a 5 star but with the slow service I gave it a 4
