Popped in around 130 place was quiet. Got the Italian sandwich and a side of the potatoe wedges was tasty. Service was good.

After our first visit, we did return to other times. Although it can get very loud because it's kind of small the atmosphere is very cool. The food is good along with the pizza. They had a nice gluten-free set of options. Drink selection was good as well. Service was friendly. Definitely a spot worth returning to when in the Fremont area.

Ballard Patxi's is a go-to for our family. The staff not only remembers your faces - but they remember your food and drink favorites. We honestly feel like family every time we eat there. Deep dish is worth wait, one of the best mules in Seattle, and the meatball app is killer. Highly recommend Thursday night trivia - they make it really fun.

This is a great pizza spot in Ballard! You're seated quickly and the ambience is nice. The servers are really sweet and attentive. However, if you order the deep dish or pan be prepared to wait. I think it takes a bit longer to make those. I prefer the deep dish over the Neapolitan, but both were good. Overall decent pizza, we left full and happy!

We went there for lunch, and service was incredibly slow. Then we waited over half an hour to get our slice of pizza and cup of soup. Both the soup and pizza were cold. We sent the soup back to be heated, but it didn't come back. I complained to the manager. His initial response was apologetic but abrasive saying, "Do you want to keep complaining or do you want me to go get the soup?" He stood at the kitchen window waiting for the cup of soup for at least 5 minutes before the kitchen staff gave him the soup. He returned and apologized for the service and the food. We did not have to pay for lunch and we were given a gift card as well. Service seems to be an ongoing problem. It is a real shame, because I really enjoy their deep dish pizza, but it's not worth the aggravation.

It's been 40 minutes and all I've ordered was sparkling water and a cup of soup. Still waiting on the soup. There are only two servers and it's a packed restaurant because the game is on, but come on: it's soup! I assume they would've ladled it and that's it. I ordered it because I was in a hurry. I'm glad I haven't tried the pizza; reading other reviews, it doesn't look like it lives up to the hype. The only slice they had available was the special; I've never heard of a place only have one kind of slice available at 6 pm. I will not be coming here again.

The sausage roll and salad is my fave. But I have to say ( and show ) that the sausage roll I received today had RAW dough ( had to take it home and air fry life into it ) FORGOTTEN sauce, like none, and no dressing for the salad. It took 78 minutes from order to delivery and sadly I couldn't eat it for 5 hours until I got it home and cooked it.

One of my favorite if not my favorite pizza place in Seattle - especially for the deep dish pizza options and the atmosphere. We like going here on Sundays when the Ballard farmers market is going on, sit by the windows and people watch the market and then get a deep dish pizza - it’s so good! We always go when there aren’t too many people, so a little before lunch or right when they open. We’ve always had great and timely service when we go, and we always have left overs for later!

May have been an odd night but the service was atrocious. Servers physically and literally running, disorganized chaos, had to request water, silverware and plates for the table. Halfway waiting we scouted for our own silverware, weirdly there was one staff member who was just floating about neither attending tables, nor seating guests, nr bussing tables. I'm guessing it's a manager but that's no excuse if you're short-staffed. While I appreciated the server warning us about the long wait on the pan and deep dish pizza, the neopolitan pizza and salad were just meh to mid. I have literally had better pizza from Jimmy John's. So the food was terrible and service was disappointing. I would 100% not come back. The five star reviews on this place are really sus if you read them. They sound AI generated or definitely written by someone who hasn't eaten here.

Lol do not go here. Waited 45 minutes for food. No food ever arrived. Server never put in the order? Server finally came back to us and said “it got lost in translation.” He also took 3 requests to bring us our 1 drink. We eventually just left hungry.

Overall, it's pretty good pizza and as close to Chicago style as you are going to get on this side of the country! Service is admittedly hit or miss, and we did find a few glass shards in our water glasses.the prices are a BIT steep, but what restaurant isn't these days? Will we be back, yes! If you do end up having leftovers, they do reheat well, but do it like a pro and use an air fryer. Reheating in the oven will not do the pizza any justice at all!
