I work in the Eastlake area and eat at that location often, weekly. Today I accidentally ordered to the wrong location (my bad) and nothing could be done. Feels like good customer service would be throwing a bone to a loyal customer. Potentially make them more loyal? I'll pick somewhere else to make my go to.

This place has solid food and a really nice patio. My main critique is that almost every time I’ve done on a weekend evening, they have a DJ or some music that is played so loudly it’s hard to have a conversation. Tonight, I noticed that every patron there moved as far as they could get from the speakers, which you’d think would be a solid hint that it was too loud but he did not make any attempt to adjust and I think might have even made it louder. I feel so old for saying this, and I appreciate the effort to add to the ambiance but I just want to give some constructive feedback that it would be so much nicer if they just turned the volume down.

The food was poor and nothing like quality mexican or tex-mex, but the service was great and they tried on atmosphere with live music. The food came out really.. really... like suspiciously quick, put McDonalds to shame. As long as you don't want authentic Mexican food, this place works.

I took my brother and nephew here in their visit from Montana. We were all 3 very impressed with the freshness of the food, best carne asada! Drinks were stiff and yummy. You won't be disappointed if you go here.
