Excellent!
The potato salad is the JAMM!
I regularly drive from Tacoma to the West Seattle store for the potato salad. The BBQ is great, sauces are outstanding, but sometimes, I just get the potato salad. It is that good!

I’m not sure what type of barbecue this is, but it not Texas, Memphis, Kansas City, or Chicago style barbecue. I spent $25 for a 1/4 lb of beef brisket ( which was all fat with no barbecue sauce on it, nor did it have any type of bread/roll), two hot links ( which did not include any type of bread and they didn’t have any sauce on them), and a loaded potato ( which was the only decent thing that I received). That was my first and only time going to this place.

Super fast and friendly service! Tender chopped brisket and pork that was flavorful on its own even before adding the sauce. Bacon potato salad was very satisfying. The two meat combo platter was great value coming with 2 sides.

YUM x 1,000,000! The best BBQ I’ve had in awhile. I don’t know why I’ve been holding out on coming here but I fully regret it ?

This was the worst barbeque I've ever had. I'm usually eagerly taking bite after bite of barbeque pork, but this time, it was a bit dry and the sauce was lacking in the flavor. I asked for medium sauce on the side. I'm glad I did. It was so salty that I immediately pushed it back. Even worse was the Mac n cheese. The Mac wasn't fully cooked, not even Al dente. Chewy pasta with a dry sauce from the night before. Yeah, hard pass on Pecos PB. To think I've been wanting to try this place out for years. Oh well. Cyanara Pecos. Btw, I came here with a couple friends and they both had the same experience. Never again. I hope they write reviews of their own.

The service and ability to get bbq through a drive through can't be beat. I do have some critiques of the food though. Potato salad was really good. The chopped pork is really good and flavorful. Smoked chicken is okay. The brisket can use some work, tasted like it needed more salt and pepper in the rub. Mac and cheese could use more cheese or a sharper cheese. I preferred the sweet sauce to the mild. Everything was solid and the service and ease of picking this up means I'll return in the future.

The customer service was horrible and the employee who took my order was rude. I will not be going back, that's for sure. Also, don't come with cash because they only take debit or credit cards!

Parking: There are only 2 parking stalls. One disabled and one regular stall.

Best sandwiches in Seattle. Brisket and a beer hits the spot.

Outstanding ribs and very good chopped pork. Smoke and spices on the ribs were good enough to eat without the sauce. Chopped pork also had a good amount of smoke, the medium sauce really complimented the meat. Small cornbread muffins were sweet and moist. Service was quick and friendly. Parking is tight and the drive thru puts you on a side street, you cannot legally get back on Fauntleroy from the restaurant exit.

Favorite bbq in Seattle due to the loaded potato and its price.
