Super fast and friendly service! Tender chopped brisket and pork that was flavorful on its own even before adding the sauce. Bacon potato salad was very satisfying. The two meat combo platter was great value coming with 2 sides.
The service and ability to get bbq through a drive through can't be beat. I do have some critiques of the food though. Potato salad was really good. The chopped pork is really good and flavorful. Smoked chicken is okay. The brisket can use some work, tasted like it needed more salt and pepper in the rub. Mac and cheese could use more cheese or a sharper cheese. I preferred the sweet sauce to the mild. Everything was solid and the service and ease of picking this up means...

I regularly drive from Tacoma to the West Seattle store for the potato salad. The BBQ is great, sauces are outstanding, but sometimes, I just get the potato salad. It is that good!
