Nasty grumpy lady at the counter should have been a sign, but the awful chicken fried rice sealed the deal.

I’ve eaten at their stand alone locations and have fully enjoyed the food.
An Airport location is No excuse to drop the ball on quality.
The Firecracker chicken was made of the cheap, dark meat and was chewy; and such small pieces only result in fries dough drops. That’s not what we are ordering nor what we should eat.
I had a few sizable pieces, but the majority were these tiny bits of just dough

Chicken Pad Thai had no taste and the egg rolls seemed to not be fresh

I have to be honest that this place shouldnt be allowed to claim itself as Pei Wei. The food is different from the restaurant, sub par honestly but not terrible. Disappointing nonetheless because it's no where near an actual Pei Wei. Completely different ingredients and quality, of course

One cannot call this Chinese food. The wonton soup was rubbery and as salty as seawater. The tofu was way too sweet. And finally, the staff were rude.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves it! Ordered my food and waited while the gal put new food in containers for another order (looked to be an employee order). Then, she proceeded to give me the older food that had been sitting there after about 10-15 minutes. Asked her about this and she laughed it off. Food lacked flavor and was just not good, especially for the price. Used to really like Pei Wei, but I am taking my business elsewhere from now on!

The Bourbon Chicken is terrible. Fatty pieces of chicken and a horribly sweet sauce. The only good thing is it’s made fresh and relatively quick.

Very bland “firecracker” chicken. Don’t waste your money.

Worst chicken pad Thai I have ever had in my life. Lack of flavor, very watered down. Don’t go here!

Ordered Shrimp fried rice today with extra veggies, paid for it but got a normal chicken fried rice instead when opened it up at home. Always check the food you are getting if you are doing take out.

I have never left a review for any place ever, but this restaurant deserved a bad review. The food was subpar and the accuracy of orders should be better for the food being so pricey. I ordered a simple teriyaki chicken bowl and they messed up the one specification on the meal. We also only got three small bowls and it was $80. Terrible.
