I know reviews are mixed and am only speaking to my experience. We went in and were the only ones there but the one guy working was extremely friendly and got out order out quickly. They have many variations of their dumplings. I had the Razorback and my son had the Kahn, both were very well done and seasoned perfectly. The Nutella dumplings were also delicious. The bacon dipped stuffed vareniki left a little to be desired, slightly over cooked and I think most of the cheese oozed out during cooking. Overall, if you're craving something different and delicious this is a great spot.

If you are looking for a traditional Russian / Eastern European food - this is not it. I was excited to have my husband try vareniki and pelmeni (dumplings). First off, when you walk in there is no clear sign where to order. There was some weird vinegar sauce added to pelmeni and they had very thick dough. Vereniki were deep fried and cover with some spices. Like what? The taste of the food was disgusting. We left very disappointed. No wonder it was kind of empty for Friday evening.

I love doing takeout from here since I work in the Fremont area! I didn't know what to expect when a friend recommended it but their food is so good. You can't go wrong with the Classic or Traditional dumplings.

The dumplings are fantastic, but on a couple of occasions I've walked in with the intention of showing friends this amazing late night spot, only to see a scarcely attended Karaoke night.
We were in the mood for food and not Karaoke, so we left. As someone who wants to see this place be a staple in the Fremont neighborhood for years to come, I hope they lean in to just selling great food. Seriously the dumplings are top notch!

Delicious and great service. Love the menu and the variety. The Freida was good. Ordered the nutella/chocolate dumplings for dessert and was disappointed that it didn’t come with banana pudding as the menu states. Instead it was sprinkled with banana chips that I moved out of the way. Banana chips are not a good substitution for some cool banana pudding with hot dumplings.

Cultural appropriation done wrong. As a Russian expat I was offended: * By the food. The awful thick sticky clumps of dough with some small unseasoned ground meat inside is NOT A PELMENI (dumplings). I couldn't eat it. * By the interior decor. Some gibberish written in Cyrillic alphabet is not a Russian language. Seriously, we are not in 1970s. * The service though did remind me of the USSR, that part was close.

This place used to be amazing. But there is an older gentleman that works there that’s extremely rude and hostile. He screamed at my friend and i when we didn’t make a decision fast enough and then insinuated we were drunk. Then he proceeded to mock us in a way a toddler would when confronting their siblings. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and I’m truly gobsmacked by this encounter. I will gladly spend my money at the Mediterranean spot Nextdoor.
Decent dumplings but could have been better seasoned and came with too much liquid in the sauce so they got soggy.
