Lovely place! Bartender was super nice and professional and courteous. The menu posted online was a bit different from what was actually available drink wise. I wanted a specific non-alcoholic drink and he seemed confused and said they didn’t serve that. Food was delicious though and the spritzer he concocted in lieu of the original I wanted was delightful. Very beautiful aesthetic and the adjoining hotel is also nice. We went for happy hour and the price was perfect lol.

Loved the drinks. Skip the oysters, way better ones in the area.

Amazing atmosphere, Kimpton is a great place to stay. Amy is the best bar keep. Spent a few nights at the property.

I had an incredible evening at Penny Royal! Emi’s cocktail suggestions were spot-on, each one more delicious than the last, showcasing her creativity. James went above and beyond to ensure my dinner was perfect, making the experience truly memorable with his attentive and friendly service. Highly recommend this gem of a cocktail bar!

Emma and Katie are amazing! Great vibe and love that the menu is short and all bangers

Stopped in here after dinner by the water. It was a nice atmosphere and quiet as only a few other ppl were in the bar. Received menus and water quickly but sat for about 10-15 minutes with no service and left while more patrons came in, the bartender was busy speaking with someone behind the bar and another patron came in with a large take out container of seafood that reeked.

Rude staff, not worth it

Awesome bar to stop in on Thanksgiving. Our bartender was amazing. We really appreciated her explaining some of the ingredients like amaro and aquavit.

Was there at 10pm on a Saturday and nobody was behind the bar for ten minutes. Someone finally shows up and says they are closed, when their hours say they are open till 11. Don't waste your time here

Nice hotel bar, good selection of drinks available. Snack menu well priced. Good service, efficient and prompt despite a large group turning up.

Honestly I rarely write reviews but I thought this interaction was just weird. I asked the bartender (long hair, white looking guy) if they had midori sours, he said no. He then proceeded to tell me that if I order that at any other bars the bartenders would judge me or get a specific impression of me. I responded by telling him “that’s fine, I don’t really care what people think about me” , plus isn’t it your job to make the customers what they ask for(obviously depending on the bars alcohol selection)? thought this was just an unnecessary and weird comment. Ended up ordering a lemon drop to chug so that we could leave LOL. We still tipped the dude at the end cause that’s common curtesy. Won’t be coming back because of that though, plenty of spots in Seattle to try where they won’t make me feel guilty for ordering something the bartender isn’t a fan of👌

Not once but twice have I been served the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. Both times the bartender was Audrey, who is an absolute professional and very fun to talk to. The oysters and truffle fries are amazing as well, and it’s dark and cozy inside. Can’t wait to revisit.

Knocking it out with drinks and grub. But the real treat was John and his master or craft, almost could skip going over to the Moore Theater.
