Seriously one of the best spots in Seattle — amazing chicken and broth, either the rice or noodle are phenomenal, and great cocktails and NA drinks. Highly recommend the waffles too 🤤 Just the best!!!!
The chicken was a bit dry in both dishes we tried, but the waffles! So perfectly toasty and the perfect sweet-salty-rich juxtaposition of flavors between the pandan and the buttercream!
Additional A+ for service and atmosphere (wow! it's a boat!).

Ate at this restaurant on a visit to Seattle. The service was average, altho the staff were nice & pleasant. The food was good, but when I eat Fried Chicken, I want the chicken to be seasoned and I found that the fried chicken had most of the seasoning in the outer breading. I would suggest they season & marinate the chicken so that the seasoning is in the meat vs the breading. The tea was great and the accompaniments were good, but I would rate them higher if they...
