I tried their coconut latte and it was very delicious and strong. The coconut tasted a little burned and left a bitter aftertaste but after trying many coconut lattes from different places I think that's how it suppose to taste like unless you are using mass-produced syrups. I'll definitely come back to try their other beverages. They have a website with menu and pictures.

A cozy vietnamese coffee shop.It is located in little Saigon, so it is mostly street parking. Parking was a little difficult to secure.I don't think there is wifi , if it there was, it wasn't posted. The drinks here are comparable to hello em.

Both the Iced Vietnamese Coffee and Iced Brown Sugar Vanilla Lattee is a must. Sincerely appreciate the solid coffee taste and it not being overly sweeten.

I've been meaning to try out this spot for a while now! A small Vietnamese coffee shop on the outskirts of the International District, it is a low-key coffee shop that delivers well on its drinks. Despite being a small cafe, Phin is packed with people who come to socialize and play board games. I got the Black Sesame Matcha Latte and I thought it was really good! It was not too sweet and not bitter at all, just a well-rounded tasteful drink perfect for a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely come back here to try more of their coffee options!

Stopped in for a Vietnamese coffee, the location and atmosphere was really cute and intentional. It’s a quiet space where you could just read and sip your coffee or quietly work on something. Hidden gem with so much to offer. I didn’t try the waffles but next time, I’ll surely check them out! Thanks so much!

The coffee was so good, definitely different than a Starbucks experience. The sweetness of their homemade condensed milk with the strength of their coffee was really tasty. We did have to wait a bit even with ordering ahead of time and parking was scarce, but there was seating inside and we weren't in a big hurry.

Boa and his team created an inviting atmosphere and feels like home. Especially with a few new recent changes for seating and hanging out. They’re the first place I know to have created condensed oatmilk so I can enjoy a classic Vietnamese coffee (yay!). Pandan waffles are excellent and now you can even take some to make at home - super easy!Dietary restrictions: Swap the classic condensed milk to condensed oatmilk if you’re lactose intolerant

Decided to stop by Phin today and definitely did not regret it! The service was kind and welcoming, and the pandan waffle was delightful! Got the sea salt cream coffee as well and it was the perfect balance of sweet and salty!

I came all the way to find out they were closed for maintenance!! So frustrating, hoping they have better communication around this in the future. Would have been nice to have their number to check in advance ?

This small cafe is tucked away from the main streets of ID, so parking in the area is a tiny bit easier (though still difficult). Their Vietnamese iced coffee is delicious and I love their pandan waffle. They even sell a waffle mix, which I haven't tried but I'm sure it's good. It seems family owned as well as each time I've been it's the same couple working. It's a small space with minimal seating though, so it might not be the best for working. Overall, would highly recommend!

It's been almost two years since I've lived in Seattle and I STILL can't stop thinking about the yogurt coffee here. Seriously. Try it.
