This place is so good and the staff so friendly. The crispy shrimp rolls and a-mok trei are insanely delicious as is every soup, especially the fisherman’s bowl and goo nam noodle. Whenever we have friends in town we try to take them here. Last time we were in they brought us a big bowl of bone broth for free. This place is fantastic with wonderful owners and staff.

Best Cambodian food I've experienced in restaurants here. Goo nam noodles were so delicious. The meat platter rice dish was amazing as well. All cooked perfectly. The interior of this place is great. Great service from I believe the owner. Location is a tricky spot but you'll be in store for a great meal!

I really wanted to like it, but sadly I don’t think this restaurant has figured out its value proposition. People go to restaurants because 1) the food is great 2) the price is great (vs what they think it should be) 3) the location is great.
However, the quality of food is really basic…it’s not terrible but definitely below average among the restaurants I’ve tried in Seattle.
The location is one of the worst neighborhoods in Seattle, which anyone can see.
The price is not unreasonably high for Seattle on average, but given the quality of food and the location, it’d be foolish to return. I’ve had better food at better locations (Capitol Hill, downtown, Columbia city etc) with less money.

Tried the Lok Lac, Sa-gnao Jruok Ktiss soup. The Lok Lac was marinated beef with rice and veggies, delicious. The Sa-gnao Jruok Ktiss soup was a mix of sour soup and coconut soup, so good a must try.

This place has some of the most delicious food I’ve had in a while! JoJo, my server, is an amazing and kind person. Very friendly and super helpful in helping you find the right food. Highly recommended! Ask your server for any recommendations and I’m sure they will not disappoint.
I also got to try the Pork Bone Soup and it was delicious! Very full of flavor!
Parking: The only negative thing I could say about this place is that the parking can be tough and a little sketchy at times with the amount of homeless people hanging out by your car. Just make sure you don’t leave any belongings out in the open for someone to snatch.
I recommend parking on King Street and walking around the building.
If you feel comfortable, the paid parking lot under the freeway is much closer. There were just too many people hanging out there to make me feel safe by myself.

Thank you Don for having us! Food was authentic and savory. God bless you! ❤️
My family and I have been going to Phnom Penh since their original spot. The sisters & staff have always been open & welcoming, and the food is always delicious! If you haven't been make it a point to go for authentic Khmer.

Excellent Cambodian food with super nice service! You order the food using the QR code on your table, you pay the same way, and then out come your meals! Great ambience.

I think I just found my new favorite Seattle restaurant for noodle soup!!!
I'd visited Phnom Penh back in their old location in the ID ages ago; glad to see they're in a new spacious & well-lit spot.
Wanted to try the Goo Nam (beef stew with noodles) and the Battambang's Favorite Noodle on the same trip, but upon arriving and seeing the bowls of noodles around me... the portions are pretty big, so I made two back-to-back visits.
The Goo Nam Noodle is like Vietnamese Bo Kho, but with a lot more depth of flavor. When you order, you actually get the choice of what kind of noodle - this time, I opted for half thin egg noodle and half thin rice noodle, which was an okay choice since the thin noodles were hard to pull through the rich stew. (Next time, I'll try it with wide egg noodle.) The highlight here is definitely the bottomless bowl of delicious beef shank and ultra-tender tendon. Seriously, this portion could probably feed a whole family of four.
During this same visit, I noticed the table next me ordered a bowl with what seemed like a mound of meat. I asked a server lady what the dish was, and she said it's the limited availability pork bone soup... she then comped me a small individual portion of it. Again, delicious! I think this soup may only be available on the weekends.
The next day, I came back for the Battambang's Favorite Noodle, which is dry noodle bowl mixed with a bit of sauce at the bottom, veggies, peanuts, sliced egg, and dried shrimp. I got this one with wide egg noodle (again, you can choose) and additional ground pork. The amount of sauce was just enough to coat all of the noodle, and the sauce itself was a perfect combo of sweet and umami. What a great bowl of textures and flavors! Portion-wise, I think this would be perfect for two people.
Service was excellent - the wait staff were very attentive about checking in on every table, making sure we were good with water. It definitely felt like well-oiled machine.
Can't wait to return!
