I ordered the vegan tofu vegetable pho and it was one of the best I’ve had. Perfect soup to noodle ratio and good portion of tofu. The red chilli spice that’s on the table is verrrrry hot but so tasty

A lot of places in town don't simmer their beef all the way. A lot of places in town make up for medium-quality fundamentals by adding a bunch of ground seasonings that make the broth grainy when you're almost done.

Visiting Seattle for the first time, joined my s/o on his work trip. Was looking for a nice pho near the hotel and read reviews local said about this restaurant--- it did NOT disappoint. Walked in on my own, had my pho (P8) and fried egg rolls (R7) and it was delicious!!! Keep in mind, it's a small-family business and will get busy during lunch hour. If you don't like waiting, come Early or come After. Definitely coming back before we leave Seattle. THANK YOU for such...
