Truly my favorite pho spot in the city, this place is a gem.

Apparently, the restaurant is under new ownership and that's tragic. The warm greetings and care that the former owner took are gone. The menu falls flat as does the food. Something in the flavor is clearly absent. Prices have skyrocketed to $17.00 for abowl of chicken pho. Under the original owner, the place was packed nightly. Under new owner, 3 tables occupied on a Friday evening. Not going back anytime soon or if ever.

Big fat 1 stars because as I was walking by at 9:20Pm 10/31/2025 I witnessed a man in glasses screaming at a female employee so loudly everyone on the street could hear. When I watched for a minute I couldn’t bare it and slammed my fist on the door. The man walked up and I berated him for treating her that way, that I do not care what he was upset about, she deserves respect and he is being an asshole to her. He kept repeating “ok” so I’m not sure he spoke much English, but my message was clear. I’m absolutely disgusted at what I witnessed. If that was the owner? I’m N E V E R coming here again and will be alerting everyone I know in the area that Pho An has an abusive staff member in charge who bullies employees. This was atrocious. It took a literal stranger banging on the front door to get him to stop yelling at her. And yes, I will be dropping in tomorrow to ask to speak with a manager and let them know what I witnessed.

This is our neighborhood, go to Pho place. The broth is super and portions are big. We always have left overs for the next day. The folks there are friendly and the food comes up quick whether for take out or dine in. The restaurant has plenty of seating and there's good parking in the back.

Only for take out!! I’ve been ordering the same 2 items fresh spring rolls & veggie pho in beef broth. I usually am very satisfied with the portions n taste of broth. Today’s order stood out as the worse. My peanut sauce was watered down n didn’t provide enough to finish the rolls. The rolls were loose n fell apart after one bite in.
I payed for a large pho but received less veggies than normal. Plus the price has increased significantly & the 3% service fee. How else are we supposed to pay…cash isn’t an option for online orders?? When you do this to us that comes out of your tip. Plus,
I’ve never seen the restaurant full of customers. Why not downsize!!

I just had the best bowl of wonton soup I have ever had in my life! My kids brought it home as takeout. Can't wait for the next one.

Had high expectations based on the great reviews on Google, but was let down by the quality of the food. Got the pork and shrimp vermicelli bowl. The food was ready in a min or two, and it tasted like so too.
Barely enough pork and it was dry and barely had any flavor. So was the shrimp. The fish sauce wasn’t enough to make up for it either.
BUT the fried spring roll was pretty good and so was the Thai tea.
Overall for 35 bucks for a small entree and a drink didn’t feel like it was worth it.

The pho soup was greasy, and was given the wrong order, and he argued about it!
