Visiting from Eugene, OR. My daughter just finished a full, hard fought club soccer game against OL Reign. I was hungry for lunch, so I was looking for a lunch spot near the field, and this Pho spot caught my eye on Google maps. There were some positive reviews, but what caught my eye were the negative reviews. Haters gonna hate. Would they deter me? No. So I wondered the side streets while gauging my daughter's interest in some warm broth with noodles and protein. She was open to it, and as I ended up on the main street, I saw a ghetto looking strip mall with just that Pho spot that caught my eye. Understanding from the reviews that it was run by a couple and seeing the setting, I knew I'd be in for a treat. When I walked in the door, we were greeted authentically and pleasantly. We were sat promptly upon answering that we intended to eat there. My order was taken quickly, and as soon as we were ready. Did I dare ask to use the restroom that the sign on the door boldly read was not for public use and appeared locked with a padlock? I asked and was assured it was not locked. It wasn't, and it was very clean. By the time I got out and my daughter and I commented to each other how nice they were, our food started coming out. The Banh mi was crisp, warm, and tasty. The fried spring roll was delicious. The pho was huge and amazing. My daughter and I doctored it up to our liking and enjoyed it. We paid and tried tidying our mess to be interrupted and assured they would take care of that. My daughter can be picky, but she loved this place from the authenticity to the tasty food. We left stuffed, happy, and with a memory of a pleasant experience. Oh, the prices were very reasonable, I'd say affordable. Good stuff.

Vegetarian options: Idk if it would satisfy strict vegetarian standards but there were vegetarian options.

Parking: Ghetto Strip mall parking shared with a laundromat, dollar tree, and a few other businesses.

2.5 flavor pho. Nothing special about it, but it wasn't awful. I doubt I will be back any time soon. The only thing of note was that the prices were slightly less than other places, but considering the flavor was also less than average I guess it is a wash.

If there's a zero star that's what they'll be getting. The woman asked if it was for eat in or take out, I said eat in. The man asked the same question, I answered the same. They didn't sound or looked enthused, like I went there bothering them. The man threw the menu on the table.I asked if they were closed 2x. He said no but I was disgruntled enough to leave since my service wasn't important. Very rude.

Pho was ok with good tasting meat and noodles but the broth was not good and wasn't fresh. Basil and bean sprouts were old as well. Spring rolls are average and the staff is

This is the BEST pho I’ve ever had! Pho is my favorite food and it became that all thanks to Pho BT. I want to say, those whining about “poor customer service”, this couple runs this joint BY THEMSELVES 7 days a week and often on holidays. They work so hard and make unbelievable food. Maybe it’s because I’m in there so often but I find the couple who run this place (again, by themselves 7 days a week!) to be quite friendly. Throw them a smile and greeting and it’ll be returned. They kept us going during the pandemic and we still get their food once a week. It’s safe to say that we’re regulars. The prices are great, too. We’re also huge fans of their vermicelli bowls, spring rolls and bahn mi sandwiches.

Man the guy was rude and didnt look at me or say thanks or anything and I was very polite. Just looked unhappy. Not coming back. Every other restaurant in this area is welcoming and calming.
