Visiting from Eugene, OR. My daughter just finished a full, hard fought club soccer game against OL Reign. I was hungry for lunch, so I was looking for a lunch spot near the field, and this Pho spot caught my eye on Google maps. There were some positive reviews, but what caught my eye were the negative reviews. Haters gonna hate. Would they deter me? No. So I wondered the side streets while gauging my daughter's interest in some warm broth with noodles and protein. She was open to it, and as I ended up on the main street, I saw a ghetto looking strip mall with just that Pho spot that caught my eye. Understanding from the reviews that it was run by a couple and seeing the setting, I knew I'd be in for a treat. When I walked in the door, we were greeted authentically and pleasantly. We were sat promptly upon answering that we intended to eat there. My order was taken quickly, and as soon as we were ready. Did I dare ask to use the restroom that the sign on the door boldly read was not for public use and appeared locked with a padlock? I asked and was assured it was not locked. It wasn't, and it was very clean. By the time I got out and my daughter and I commented to each other how nice they were, our food started coming out. The Banh mi was crisp, warm, and tasty. The fried spring roll was delicious. The pho was huge and amazing. My daughter and I doctored it up to our liking and enjoyed it. We paid and tried tidying our mess to be interrupted and assured they would take care of that. My daughter can be picky, but she loved this place from the authenticity to the tasty food. We left stuffed, happy, and with a memory of a pleasant experience. Oh, the prices were very reasonable, I'd say affordable. Good stuff.Vegetarian options: Idk if it would satisfy strict vegetarian standards but there were vegetarian options.Parking: Ghetto Strip mall parking shared with a laundromat, dollar tree, and a few other businesses.

It isn't crowd at all, it's a small cute little spot in the heart of Burien Des Moines area. A little hidden gem, price is decent for this area. You can just pick whatever table available and they give you the menu pretty quick. Worker is very quick to take order food is quickly served. I got the large pho dac biet (special pho). It's not the best but not the worst I had. It's a good place for a quick Pho fixer.

2.5 flavor pho. Nothing special about it, but it wasn't awful. I doubt I will be back any time soon. The only thing of note was that the prices were slightly less than other places, but considering the flavor was also less than average I guess it is a wash.

The food has been and always will be impeccable. Amazing. Perfect. The best home cooked dish to have after a horrible day or the best day of your life! Its so good and the couple is not only the cutest, but so welcoming and generous. One time, I left my purse behind after a delicious meal and after spiraling the next day looking for it, i decided i needed a meal in order to keep looking. It just so happens my purse was right where I sat the night before, untouched and ready for pick up! The couple let me know I had forgotten the night before and they were waiting for me to come back to return it. So sweet!! If that's not enough for you to give Pho BT a try, then knowing that the homey indoor dining area is always clean, stocked with all toppings galore, including fresh utensils for your tables share. My family and I love you Pho BT

The pho was good. My order was made by the time I got there to pick it up. They have good prices. Would try again.

I order Thai Tea and the old man gave me the bad attitude, he didn't even give me the change. He said in Vietnamese which he thinks I don't understand that :" oh this girl just came for bubble tea , no order Pho , wasting my time".... No comment :) that's why you don't have any customers my man :)

I live near here and this spot is great for pho. I've ordered to-go portions are pretty big, meat was high quality, and delicious. I just wish they offered more sauce and they did not provide utensils (although maybe I should have asked so that's on me). The customer service is fast got everything in 10mins. Definitely a place to support and get some quality pho.

New favorite local spot for me!! So happy I found this place. Everything is made to order and you can tell they are thoughtful with their presentation. It's a couple who owns it and it's very cozy. Tasty classic pho! First time I finished a whole bowl of pho was here :) Their new hours are 11am-8pm!!

If there's a zero star that's what they'll be getting. The woman asked if it was for eat in or take out, I said eat in. The man asked the same question, I answered the same. They didn't sound or looked enthused, like I went there bothering them. The man threw the menu on the table.I asked if they were closed 2x. He said no but I was disgruntled enough to leave since my service wasn't important. Very rude.

Pho was ok with good tasting meat and noodles but the broth was not good and wasn't fresh. Basil and bean sprouts were old as well. Spring rolls are average and the staff is

This is the BEST pho I’ve ever had! Pho is my favorite food and it became that all thanks to Pho BT. I want to say, those whining about “poor customer service”, this couple runs this joint BY THEMSELVES 7 days a week and often on holidays. They work so hard and make unbelievable food. Maybe it’s because I’m in there so often but I find the couple who run this place (again, by themselves 7 days a week!) to be quite friendly. Throw them a smile and greeting and it’ll be returned. They kept us going during the pandemic and we still get their food once a week. It’s safe to say that we’re regulars. The prices are great, too. We’re also huge fans of their vermicelli bowls, spring rolls and bahn mi sandwiches.
