Workers are openly coughing, no attempt to wash hands. Service at best is hurried. No warmth. Cold customer service.

It smells faintly of manure in the resturaunt? Might need your ducts cleaned.
Pho broth tastes like overly salted bullion. Not worth finishing. Overall ingredients seem not as fresh as other Pho places.
Banh Mi is good, is toasted, but is slightly chewier than I like.
Please do better, and take hygeine seriously.

They may have taken the cleanliness comments from previous reviews too close to heart - pho and hainan chicken were fine, but tasted vaguely off… like all the bowls and silverware still had a layer of soap on it. Overall cleanliness of interior and service was fine, nothing nearly as bad as some of the reviews might claim.

I’m love fresh shrimp spring rolls and tried them here and they were not good they were tasteless and the peanut butter sauce was not good either wont be coming here for this item again

Never have I gotten food faster. I was meeting with friends here and they already got their food so as soon as I arrived I sat down and they immediately asked me what I wanted. I ordered and got it not even 5 minutes later, it was very quick service and I have no complaints at all. Will be coming back soon.
