This restaurant thought that we were scamming them because we accidentally placed an order through uber eats to the wrong address. Paid for it. Then tried to order the same order to the correct address. They refused to have uber eats deliver the proper order and when we got on the phone with them to explain the situation, they hung up on us. There are a lot of really good and kind restaurants in west seattle, with a variety of cuisine, and this restaurant had the audacity to try to make us feel like we were thieves. Shame on you pho Thai for not understanding how people make mistakes when going through an app to order food in an effort to support local businesses. I thought by now, and after going through COVID, we’d all have an appreciation of touch-less deliveries and operations. My suggestion to everyone reading this is to go to one of the other local pho restaurants in west seattle, because there are many other options.

I called before ordering and was pleased to hear I can customize my order on the website. I placed an order for delivery on the website and it was cheaper than using Uber Eats! The food arrived quickly, was hot and tasted great!

This location is really more of a takeout place. There's no atmosphere as it's pretty basic. I ordered the chicken wings and fresh rolls. The chicken were delicious. The fresh rolls didn't have much flavor. They seemed to be missing mint or cilantro and the peanut sauce was rather bland as well. The texture was perfect, but bland.

Not a bad place for pho. But it's different from Pho places maybe because of the homeless in the area or people ended up walking off not paying for their food? I don't know.

My wife and I walked in, we sat down then the owner said, “Here’s the menu. You order from here.” I got up from my seat and walked towards her to look at the menu and placed the order. I also had to prepay and tip before I could go back and sit down. I asked her, “Where do I pick up my food?” She replied, “I’ll bring it to you.” I said, “Thank you,” then went back to my seat.

The noodle was clumpy and overcooked. You can tell because they are in short pieces, but also clump together. The soup tasted pretty good though.

I used to come here all the time a few years ago but haven't been for a long time for a multitude of reasons that have nothing to do with the business itself. Well I came back yesterday, less than an hour before closing at that and was met with outstanding service and the best bowl of pho and bahn mi (the latter of which I ordered to go and am only just now enjoying almost 12 hours later mind you) I've had in ages. Although I never had problems or poor expectations before when I came here years ago, the quality of service and food I was served was so above and beyond I felt compelled to share. If you're looking for amazing pho, bahn mi, iced coffee, and OUTSTANDING attentive service with a genuine smile, Pho Thai is the way to go!!!

Food is very tasty, specially I like the Pho soup and the BBQ chicken is really good and prices are affordable. I recommended.

A neighbor recommended this place for the Pho, which we were picking up for a friend and decided to order a few things for ourselves. Wife got the terriyaki and I tried the BBQ Pork Banh Mi. The chicken tasted ok, but didn't look or taste grilled at all. The portion is eclipsed by the amount of rice they give you, but I've come to expect that from everywhere these days. Banh Mi sandwich was really disappointing though. Again , the meet was greyish, and extremely gristly/fatty and not grilled or barbecued at all either in taste or appearance. It was thinly sliced which really made all the fat noticeable. It also comes without the pickled daikon and carrot mixture, and a generous portion of lettuce....which i have never had a banh mi ever! I had my wife try it and she agreed that it just didn't taste like a Banh Mi and pointed out that the roll was also not toasted. Maybe the Pho is decent, I'll have to ask our friend but neither my wife or I would go here again, sorry Pho Tai!
