What the pho? This joint pretty good and the girl is pretty cute too but i digress. If you want something fast and fresh, this place to go
Favorite place since college, great pho and wide seating area. I think it was $10 dollar including tax for small pho. Good portion for price.
The new owners have made the food and restaurant better quality and the service is just as great. Five stars!
Been a regular since 2008. Not sure what's happened to this place? I loved the staff and how they always treated me like a regular too, & they are my neighbors. However every time lately I walk by they are closed. I used to get a cream puff included, tge veggie pho had vegetables in it and everything was made just right. The past 3 years it's like they completely gave up. So sad. I must you guys!
This place recently changed owner which means it operates more hours and better. The environment is clean and warm. The soup is so great and tasteful compared to other ThanBrother locations. If you would like a quick meal on a rainy day without traveling far, why don't you come to support a local pho restaurant whose pho is delicious and plentiful? I used to travel a long way to eat at Capitol Hill, but now I can save my time coming to this location relatively close to my apartment. I am looking forward to coming back soon.
Try to come get some pho and store is closed when they said that there are open
When I moved into the neighbourhood I loved that these guys were down the street. Pho is an absolute staple in my diet in the winter time and I really enjoy their broth. I mostly do take out so I can't really review their dine-in service. Before the pandemic, things worked out great and then eventually they were just closed more than they were open. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when they are open, even if you call and ask when they are going to close. Then they got rid of their delicious cream puffs and that was disappointing.A couple weeks back they had a sign on the door saying they would be closed every Wednesday and then that turned into they would only be open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday because of staffing issues. I tried to go on a Sunday and they were closed before 7:30pm. It was really disheartening because I don't drive and can only go as far as my legs and public transit can carry me and sometimes I don't want to get on a bus to go and get my dinner.I hope that they will open up for more regular hours in the winter time as Pho is a staple in a lot of people's diets when the weather gets cold. Hopefully they can hire another person. I think the business would be there if they were open a little more consistent because I have talked to quite a few people and families that have walked away from the locked doors on the way to my apartment and told them that they just haven't been open consistently.
Got food poisoning 30 minutes after eating the chicken pho. 10 minutes of eating led to 45 minutes in the bathroom. Will never eat here again. The meat tasted weird to start and the restaurant is disgusting inside. Should have known better. Stay away from this place. Pho Aroma on Delridge is the west Seattle place to go (they were closed so that is why we strayed).
Good price but the soups are really greasy
Very good pho served efficiently.

I ordered a vegetarian pho and it only has a little bit of onions, 4 slices of mushrooms and some tofu. No other veggies at all, even no carrots and broccoli which were in description. And there was a sign to ask wearing mask in the shop, but the cashier (looks like an owner) didn’t wear a mask. Wearing a mask indoor is still mandatory in Seattle and customers wear masks, but why didn’t he care about his customers? So disappointed. ☹️
Been going here for almost a decade now and the soup has been made by the same man everyday and he is a master! I will drive an hour out of my way to go here instead of another pho spot
Not the best in the world, but without a doubt the best pho in the area. Very quick takeout service, its never taken more than 10 minutes.
The veggie pho was disappointingly short of veggies. There were no carrots or broccoli, as stated in the menu online. It only included mushrooms, tofu, and some onions. The Than Brothers on Aurora, where we used to go because we lived near there, was always hearty and full of veggies including higher quality mushrooms. Sadly, the West Seattle Than Brothers has fallen short on quality and has clearly ripped us off. Now living in West Seattle, I guess we need to find our new pho place elsewhere. Maybe we’ll try this place again to see if the veggies have improved.Quick Update: I just noticed another review posted a year ago saying the exact same thing. If they haven’t fixed this for over a year, then we’re not coming back. Our new pho search begins!
I ordered two number one steak and meatball and when I was ready to pay I noticed the bill was kind of high and he told me he charged me for extra meatball but I never asked for extra meatball and then he told me no I recommend it so I paid for it. Which was quite a bit for two bowls of pho $31 bucks when I took it home to eat the broth didn't taste like anything and the meat tasted funny. My husband didn't eat any of it. We wanted to try a new pho place and this place totally failed.
