One man was working the store by himself and he was friendly, but this was one of the worst pho I’ve had. Broth and noodles weren’t good. Decent amount of meat but lower quality. No bean sprouts were provided. Complimentary cream puffs were given as a dessert, but they tasted stale. Price was not accurately reflected on the menu—medium was $16, which was several dollars more than written on the menu. The man working was watching the screen when I was paying to see if I tipped.

I hope there is a better way to share this but our experience was definitely not pleasant, it was empty inside when we walked in (first indication I guess) and we sat there with no one taking the order. Had to walk to the counter to ask for order, but then the meat was almost raw even though we asked for fully cooked brisket. Broth had nothing to do with beef, and it’s not even hot. Please take your consideration to another restaurant, this is just not the Pho Than Brothers it used to be.

Most efficient dining experience I’ve ever had. And pretty delicious pho. Nothing fancy just big portions and good service. The guy didn’t know any English but he just knew how to hook it up.

Ordered takeout and didn’t check until I got home but the broth is so dark and it tasted off. Ingredients are not fresh.

Absolutely delicious. Kind of a hole in the wall but it’s the best pho I’ve had in Seattle no contest.

Update 2024:got kicked out before ordering even for carrying open container with food, was refused to order to go too. very rude person runs the place

Great Pho in Seattle, large sizes. This location is more expensive than the one in U-district.

Just no...beef broth was dark and not hot enough. The beef tasted gamey and felt thick and chewy because the broth was not hot enough. There were no basil and they just put 2 slices of jalapeno and 2 slices of lime with the bean sprouts and 1 tiny hoison packet and one tiny chili sauce packet in the to go. I did not enjoy and half went to waste. $17 plus nowhere free to park nearby just to pick up.

So sad to see pho than brothers like this. It used to be my favorite. But now you pay 20 for the worst service and pho you can get. Guy behind the counter didn't take my order for 20 mins. And when I went up to the counter to order he rudely told me to go sit. I ordered a large pho. The broth was dark like they put soy sauce in it. There was so little noodles in it. And when I was checking out the guy watched me to make sure I tipped. So silly of a business to be so cheap when all they're going to do is lose loyal customers. Ive been going to than brothers for over a decade but I will no longer be going here or recommending it. This place will probably follow the other than brothers locations and close soon. A real shame

They made my best friend mom leave after she asked if #13 has everything. Before you go here read the reviews. Not worth it

Food was decent, but got horrible food poisoning the day after. I should have taken the "Okay" food safety rating seriously.Avoid this filthy place like the plague.

The worst Pho I've had in Seattle right next to one of the best. I have no idea how they're in business.
