The pho was excellent. I also had the vermicelli noodle salad to go. The salad was excellent as well. Me and my wife split the salad for our dinner.

This was my first pho experience that I absolutely loved. Never been a fan of the noodles in lots of soup. But as a sick child I needed the hot soup. The spicy beef broth and the Crispy vegan roll were both out of this world. And I am quite the picky eater. I tried it with Chicken this time given I was not feeling well. I gotsto come back for the steak and the brisket.

As the weather gets colder, I wanted to eat some warm pho, so I came here. This restaurant has received high praise from friends, so I had high expectations. The soup is a generous amount of little sweet broth. The noodles are thin. The bean sprouts topping was served on the side of the plate, and there was only a small amount, so I ordered some extra. The generous amount of soup allowed the sprouts to soak up the flavor, making it delicious. There was also Sriracha sauce on the table. If I could say one thing, the soup was a little on the sweet side, so I wish we had ordered some more fish sauce to tone it down a bit. It warmed me up. Thank you for the meal.

At first glance, this looks like one of a thousand other pho places located in Seattle. But if you are anywhere nearby, do make the effort to stop by and try it.
The place itself is a bit dated and furniture is well used. But they are all clean and kept well. So no problems there. I'm not here for the decor. I'm here to stuff my face with the delicious food that they make. The summer rolls are delicious even though they call them a different name.
The pork chops with lemon grass is divine and not too sweet. Chicken pho... I stole half from the wife, that's how good it was.

What the actual pho. This place is GREAT. Huge portions of steak and brisket, flavorful broth, and quick, friendly service. They only have one size for pho, but it comes with a massive amount of meat (I’m pretty sure I got over 8oz 😭). All the side toppings were fresh, and I appreciated the extra green onion they added to the soup.
You can hear the chefs (or Viet grandpas?) yelling in the back, so you know it’s authentic. Prime location—though a bit sketchy. This will definitely be my go-to spot for a comforting lunch in downtown.

Grilled pork on broken rice was pretty tasty. My kids love phở. They ate the entire bowl. The broth was delicious. Must try condensed milk iced coffee - yum!
