This was my first pho experience that I absolutely loved. Never been a fan of the noodles in lots of soup. But as a sick child I needed the hot soup. The spicy beef broth and the Crispy vegan roll were both out of this world. And I am quite the picky eater. I tried it with Chicken this time given I was not feeling well. I gotsto come back for the steak and the brisket.
As the weather gets colder, I wanted to eat some warm pho, so I came here. This restaurant has received high praise from friends, so I had high expectations. The soup is a generous amount of little sweet broth. The noodles are thin. The bean sprouts topping was served on the side of the plate, and there was only a small amount, so I ordered some extra. At first glance, this looks like one of a thousand other pho places located in Seattle. But if you are anywhere nearby, do make the effort to stop by and try it.
The place itself is a bit dated and furniture is well used. But they are all clean and kept well. So no problems there. I'm not here for the decor. I'm here to stuff my face with the delicious food that they make. The summer rolls are delicious even though they call them a different name.
