1) They do not offer free tap water, which was a bit of a disappointment. 2) 15% automatic gratuity should be more clearly communicated. 3) Good food and good service. You can likely find a better overall experience elsewhere.

We did not like that we paid for water with our meals and that rice was not included with our entrees and was a costly alacarte item. The entrees were very delicious.

Really terrible customer service. Not good for families. Rushing us to leave before we finished eating. Lady stood by the table asking us to pay while we were dining. Food is ok, not great Chinese food. Pretty much like Panda Express for $18.95 beef noodles. Seating is very cramped and unclean. So many better places to dine in PPM.

Location is the reason for us to wander in for a late lunch, & being overnight visitors, didn't know of any other places close by- I should've checked my phone first for someplace else... but hindsight. This restaurant does not provide a complimentary cup or glass of water- a customer needs to purchase a beverage or take your own in, as my friend did. Seat yourself & menus provided quickly. I ordered the House Special chow mein, of which the most impressive was that the 2 large shrimp had no tails. There was calamari & veggies & oh my 🙀those noodles were dry & lacking in flavor! I used soy sauce to try to remedy that. With addition of the 15% gratuity added to my bill: $25 was just too much IMO. My friend ordered the Sweet & Sour chicken(no rice) & a beverage; she ordered her food appx 5 minutes before me, yet received her plate of food appx 5 minutes after me- not good service!
I don't plan to return to this place on any of my next trips to the PP market.

Got a HK style milk tea to go, very expensive at 7.50 usd and sadly not at all what I know from Hongkong. It kinda reminds you of the real thing but it's unfortunately not even close. Food looked good but as the tea was already very disappointing and crazy expensive I certainly am not willing to try the food

THIS PLACE IS TOURIST TRAP SPOT!!! Despite a service tip of 15% being automatically added, it is not listed on the receipt they hand you. you should be aware of that there’s another spot for a tip on the bill. also I asked for water and she recommended a hot tea but she charged my partner too because we are a group. Go somewhere else - there is some great other food here in Seattle.
