If you are in Seattle YOU HAVE TO EAT THE CHOWDER HERE!! I think it was the best chowder I’ve ever had. We went for lunch and got the classic New England clam chowder and a lobster roll…clam chowder was 5 stars but the lobster roll was underwhelming…skip it…lacks flavor and it was cold (we got the Connecticut style) and it should have been warm with butter drizzled. There are a few locations but this location was easy to get to and find a table.
This is a traditional market with a beautiful view of the sea. I had the opportunity to watch throwing fish there which was quite entertaining.

A good stop on my itinerary for a perfect day: seeing a movie at AMC then eating seafood. No wait time when I arrived near closing. Seating is a little tricky due to the small space, but the food is worth the hovering!

Our first time trying Pike Place Chowder, and it did not disappoint. The seafood bisque was absolutely amazing. Had it with the bread bowl. Lots of seafood in each bite - very hearty and delicious. Would give it 10/10 stars if I could.
