Visited Seattle with my fiancé and stopped in for a clam chowder bread bowl and fish and chips. The staff were kind and accommodating, wiped the table down for us. We snagged a small table for two outside the storefront. Best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time, if not ever. I appreciated how they included everything I’d ask for right on the tray: extra bread, ketchup, utensils, lemon, etc. My fiancé and I both got clam chowder and the first thing out of his mouth was: “I can tell why it’s won awards.” Very cool lunch. Will come visit whenever we’re in the area! Very nice find and wasn’t too busy for noon on a Saturday.

Great place, do go to the one in the Post Alley and ask for the sampler which is four 8oz cups which is plenty. Not enough place to seat so better if you ask for your soup to go to get it in a bag so you can find where to seat elsewhere vs walking around with a tray, do need to spend 10-20 mins in line but is worth it

This mall location is quite small and has a very limited amount of seating available, but that is expected considering it's next to the opening that overlooks other portions of the mall.
With that said the additional time spent waiting for food was a tad longer than I would like considering the overall location was not very busy.
I thoroughly enjoyed one item I ordered that doesn't appear to be a standard offering, tempura fried seaweed, but the rest of the food I had was unremarkable and I heard similarly from the rest of our party regarding their meals.
I cannot speak to any other locations or all items on offer but it is definitely on the pricier side considering being in a mall next to a movie theater. Your mileage may vary depending on how much you enjoy this style of seafood and whether their active specials are appealing should you visit.

What an amazing place and food. It was great and awesome. Especially, the new England CHOWDER is a special food that I have ever eaten.

Located in a dying mall on the 4th floor. It has good food, but not worth the trip unless you are desperate for chowder. Price was reasonable for what we got.

Visited Seattle for the first time and had a taste for seafood close to my hotel and this place came up first on my Google search so thought I’d give it a try. I went with the c”Captain’s Platter which consisted of Pacific Cod wild Northwest Salmon, Tiger prawns, oysters, clam strips, and french fries, and oh my gosh, simply fresh and amazing. I don’t like oysters or clams so I went with all Tiger prawns. If you are ever in Seattle, you most definitely have to give this place a try 10 out of 10.

Great food, unbelievable seafood. We had chowder over fries and the fish&chips. All so tasty. A great place for lunch. Our first day visiting from out of town.

Food was pretty good. Service was standard. Atmosphere was alright, typical food court set up, squeaky escalator right next to tables , unfortunately. The bread bowls were amazing. Seafood bisque was our favorite. The lobster roll was pretty epic , as well.

This amazing establishment provided chowder & bisque for the Classic Yacht Association's Bell Harbor Rendezvous over this last Fathers' Day weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed luscious bowls of absolute scrumptiousness, and appreciated their courteous, kind, and professional staff. Thank you!!! Highly recommend!

Haven t gone wrong once choosing market chowders traditional white chowder is creamy and chock full of tender clam not chewy!! And don’t let the line fool you it goes quick and is worth standing in!!! Seating is very limited though

It was suggested to us to get the flight of their soups. I know that my number one favorite is the lobster bisque, the other three soups were just as good though. Ordering a head online is the way to go. Don't make the same mistake we did. They have two locations and they're about six blocks apart. The second location is not in Pike's market but six blocks away. Not a bad walk. If you like walking, it is located on the third floor in a mall. There are plenty of seats to sit and enjoy your soups and in a much quieter location. If I find myself back in Seattle I will definitely return.
