Pink Salt Restaurant & Lounge

I had an 8pm reservation and was finally eating my main course at 10pm, it was Valentine's Day they had a fixed menu with 2 salad choices, 4 main courses and desserts. The food wasn't awful but it certainly looked like it could be put together in 5 min, the salads were a single type of green and dressing that's it.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our wedding anniversary. Food was marvelous. Each dish was unique with delicious Peruvian sauces. Dinner included ceviche, tuna sushi nikkei, grilled octopus, and tasty and tender seared beef. Restaurant design was very charming and ideal for a celebration. Staff was welcoming and friendly and we had interesting conversations about the food. It is an upscale restaurant so I only give it three stars for prices on the high side. This is Seattle. But it was well worth it.

Authentic cuisine, great food and service. Loved the cocktail menu and the Pink Salt Margarita is great place to start.

We tried Pink Salt for dinner, and while the service and ambiance were truly great, the food itself missed the mark for us. Both my husband's meal and mine were a bit too salty, and for the price point I expected the flavors to stand out more.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was really pleasant with a perfect noise level for conversation. Overall, it wasn't bad just not as flavorful as we hoped. I'd still be open to giving it another try in the future because the service and vibe were wonderful!

Excellent menu, with very tasty sauces (we kept saying we could never duplicate these at home), and always fun to start with a Pisco Sour.

Pink Salt was overall lovely. We were excited to go for restaurant week. The desserts were delicious. The food was a bit salty, but that's also seafood for ya! The service was great. Loved the pink salt wall behind the bar.

Pink Salt is a gem. This restaurant never seems to fail. The food is always delicious and the service excellent in a beautiful setting. This was the first time for a good friend of mine and she couldn't get over the fact that she hadn't ever been to Pink Salt. She loved it and I was so happy to introduce her. 

What a gem. Gorgeous bar, nice ambience, cozy and quiet. Perfect for date night or a classy gathering place with friends. This was my introduction to Peruvian inspired food. The Pisco Sours were tasty, and equally enjoyed all the dishes, shared with a friend, so that we could sample more from the menu: ceviche Nikkei, solterito salad, smoked cod w mushroom risotto followed by a leche cake. Rodrigo was a great server, with just the right attention and happily engaged conversation over the menu. Will definitely return.

We were introduced to this place by friends, and despite the fact that Magnolia is out of our way, we will return. We're unfamiliar with Peruvian food and delighted every time we try something. The cocktails are also amazing. Definitely worth a trip!

Absolutely incredible food. Honestly some of the best Peruvian we’ve had outside South America. Staff are extremely friendly, and cocktails are spot on. Will be back!

Warm, inviting, great cocktails, unique and tasty dishes. Highlights: I love the bar. It's a great place to walk in, sit down, and order a top-notch cocktail (highly recommend the Pisco Sour and the Aviator) while enjoying the pink glow of the Himalayan pink salt bricks that back the bar. <3 Bartenders are always friendly and folks at this restaurant will go the extra mile to make your dining experience memorable. We had my team Christmas meeting here last year, and my team all voted to come back. Lots of different kinds of bites catering to every palate. Verrry lucky to have this in my neighborhood!

Last night was my first experience with a Peruvian restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! I had the black cod with Wild mushroom risotto. We met the owners - such gracious and appreciative people! All I can say is that you would be blessed to eat here!
