Messed up my order via Grub Hub. Never said sorry or that they would make it right. Would have been as easy as sending out a new order and apologizing, and kept a new customer. Instead, showed no ownership of the situation, didn't apologize and basically said it was Grub Hubs fault. Turned what could have been a chance to delight a customer into one where I'll never eat here again and will tell my friends about the poor customer service.
