My favorite hotpot place. The sauce bar selection isn’t as big as other fancy hotpot places, but it has all of the basics. A lot of broth choices and they are all good. Decent price.

The restaurant offers decent food (soup base was ok, tasted a little bland) and a great atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. However, the pricing felt steep, as any and all items came with additional costs :( While it was a good experience, I wouldn't return unless they introduced an all-you-can-eat option.

So many hot pot restaurants have opened! This store is really difficult to visit! It was just because of Yang Zi! Yang Zi has no credibility in the catering industry! It’s not Cai Lan!

I wouldn’t come here for the service, but I would absolutely come for the meat, shrimp paste, and flavor. As someone who has frequented many hot pot spots across the PNW, I highly recommend this place for its quality meat and amazing shrimp paste, all without the hassle of overly busy crowds. They offer two types of shrimp paste—normal and dragonfruit (which sounds odd but is surprisingly delicious). The meat is fun, similar to Chengdu Memory, but without being overly pricey, and the broth is rich, infusing the meat with great flavor when soaked. While there are some flies near the sauce counter, the oranges are well-cut and tasty. This is a great spot for a safe bet on high-quality hot pot, but not necessarily the best choice for impressing someone trying hot pot for the first time, as they might not appreciate the subtle nuances. The parking garage underneath makes access easy, albeit slightly sketchy, and you can take the elevator directly into the plaza where the restaurant is located near a dental office. Definitely would come back again when I’m feeling some authentic hot pot, especially for the meat and shrimp paste for a decent price.

We ate hotpot at different places in Seattle. We went here because the relative high review score. We had lunch here on weekend. The experience was quite disappointing.Definitely not recommend this place. Food was not very good. The self serving bar dish was not well processed. Price is not competitive neither. There is only one staff serving the entire restaurant. With same price I got much better food and service in other hotpot place.

Good place, expect to spend at least 100.
Everything pretty fresh, beef and lamb was good. The medium level spicy soup is extremely spicy, if you order the spicy one make sure don't put the veggies in the spicy side because the chilli oil gets stuck to the veggies and becomes extremely spicy. Overall pretty good. There is also several complimentary side dishes, take a look at the side dishes before you order will be my suggestion. They got parking so that's great, specially in China Town.
The only that needs improvement is they should keep the restroom a little cleaner.

The environment, taste, and service all deserve five stars.

Update: The spicy pot base is too sweet, please add less or no sugar.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Just to give them credit, I did get 50% off our bill for first one tho. Second one (a different day), I didn't even bother letting them know. It is also annoying/concerning when you see flies in/near their sauce bar wondering around.

I came here after reading Xiaohongshu. It’s not delicious. There are flies flying around in the seasoning area. The sesame oil feels watered down. The price is quite expensive, but the parking space is free.

Very tasty hotpot, esp the beef variety, sauce bar was amazing and the waiter was very helpful with helping us make the best combinations. The soy sauce was so rich and delicious i wish i knew what brand they use

Free 2 hour parking in their garage (entrance on 10th). Pipa is in the right wing of the building. Everything was okay but I think other places are better in terms of side dishes and sauces. One thing is that my party kept hitting their hips and heads against the seats and decor as they’re kind of in the way.
