The potato mushroom piroshki is a perfect food. No notes. The staff are so friendly and laid back. Seriously though get the potato mushroom. Updated from previous review on 2025-06-13
I liked the flakiness of the pastry, I saw two options.. black bean chipotle and I tried the potato mushroom. Very good mouthfeel! Updated from previous review on 2025-03-15
This is the second Piroshky place we have tried. It was decent, I’m a big fan of the pastry and if I were in the area I’d grab one again but there were only two vegan options.
Fresh russian pastries, plenty of savory and a few sweet options. But people go crazy for the beef n cheese or the salmon piroshky. Both are a hefty treat, warm and pillowy soft for ~$9 a piece. Properly seasoned and not dry at all. Fast service on a weekday but always a long line on the weekends. Worth a try if you've never had piroshkies!
Takeout only, no tables.

Piroshky Piroshky at Pike Place Market is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious, freshly made pastries! The Beef and Cheese piroshky is a perfect combination of savory beef, melted cheese, and soft, flaky pastry – absolutely mouthwatering. The Salmon Pâté is another standout, with creamy, flavorful salmon that melts in your mouth, wrapped in a golden, buttery crust. I also tried the Chicken Curry Puff, which has just the right amount of spice and is full of tender chicken and savory goodness. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, even with the busy Pike Place crowds. It’s a fantastic spot to grab a unique, satisfying bite while exploring the market!

This true gem of Seattle's original charm cannot be missed even if you're just stopping through. The iconic salmon piroshky is incredibly delicious as is everything they make. While the total can add up quickly, the breads are delightfully shaped and taste like heaven.
Dietary restrictions: I have cross contamination triggered food allergies and have NEVER had an issue here. They clearly keep a tidy and organized kitchen - such a blessing!
Wheelchair accessibility: The shop is small and the curbs in Pike Place are not the most accessible. I would not describe this location as wheelchair accessible.

Might've chosen the wrong thing...? I LOVE cardamom but this cinnamon cardamom bun is okay...

The piroshky had great texture and even better flavor. I wish I could have more of the salmon pate at home!
They have a very good prestry. The line is quite long.

Went on a Monday morning at 930 or so… no line. Got the beef and cheese and it’s DYNAMITE. also got the raspberry swirl for “dessert” but haven’t tried it yet 😋

Overrated. We had a potato and cheese piroshky and chocolate cream hazelnut cream! Nothing great about either
