Extremely rude experience: I bought a single piroshky to-go and paid, but I didn’t leave a tip (it’s just a quick order to go). the lady looks down at the screen to see I paid and I assume she was irritated I didn’t tip because she hovers the item over the counter and just drops it down in the air and says some common nicety but with attitude in her voice towards me - it was a very palatable, so so passive aggressive and immediate bad vibe. This was a woman with brown hair, working today at 5:20pm.
The food is OK but highly overpriced. There is no attention whatsoever for the customer. It feels like a conveyor belt. Better avoid.
Cheddar garlic roll is the best vegetarian option here. Potato rolls are not so tasty.
Service was quick, the salmon pastry is 100% worth, not overrated, pure bliss
Delicious sweet and savory pastries, especially while they're warm. The line is usually long, so come outside of peak hours.
Hot. Fast. Tasty
Loved the beef and onion piroshky they had a Moscow star pastry as well very good
There were two vegan options: mushroom potato and curry vegetable. The mushroom was very good, the curry was chunky and bland.
The potato mushroom piroshki is a perfect food. No notes. The staff are so friendly and laid back. Seriously though get the potato mushroom. Updated from previous review on 2025-06-13
I liked the flakiness of the pastry, I saw two options.. black bean chipotle and I tried the potato mushroom. Very good mouthfeel! Updated from previous review on 2025-03-15

This is the second Piroshky place we have tried. It was decent, I’m a big fan of the pastry and if I were in the area I’d grab one again but there were only two vegan options.
Fresh russian pastries, plenty of savory and a few sweet options. But people go crazy for the beef n cheese or the salmon piroshky. Both are a hefty treat, warm and pillowy soft for ~$9 a piece. Properly seasoned and not dry at all. Fast service on a weekday but always a long line on the weekends. Worth a try if you've never had piroshkies!
Takeout only, no tables.

Piroshky Piroshky at Pike Place Market is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious, freshly made pastries! The Beef and Cheese piroshky is a perfect combination of savory beef, melted cheese, and soft, flaky pastry – absolutely mouthwatering. The Salmon Pâté is another standout, with creamy, flavorful salmon that melts in your mouth, wrapped in a golden, buttery crust. I also tried the Chicken Curry Puff, which has just the right amount of spice and is full of tender chicken and savory goodness. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, even with the busy Pike Place crowds. It’s a fantastic spot to grab a unique, satisfying bite while exploring the market!
