It took 1 and half hours to get my pizza . I called the store, but they just put me on hold for a very long time, so I just hung up ... So finally when the driver arrived at my house my food was already cold . One of my worst food experiences

I mean, it is a Pizza Hut. It is what it is.However, I do overall like this location. I have only had one bad experience, and that is when they got my order wrong. The customer service has never been that great, but they get me my pizza and that is what matters to me. The inside is clean and they recently remodeled the lobby a year or two ago. This location is carry out or delivery only. There is no dine-in.The food is delicious. I absolutely love Pizza Hut. My favorite pizza is the veggie lovers with stuffed crust and extra cheese. As a vegetarian, I love it. I also love their cheese sticks and their cinnamon sticks. The food has great flavor with good sauce and I love their stuffed crust.If you are looking to have some good and fast pizza at an affordable price, I recommend this Pizza Hut.
Please d. warn the driver that there are also children and elderly people and that it is not a race track. this driver almost runs over son and ami within an area of apartments where you have to drive carefully and this guy did not understand this so it almost hit us . please talk to drivers or check if they are real drivers and not just children driving without a license.

They forgot my drink I ordered so I called the store letting them know and they said they have someone deliver it. They deliver the wrong drink. Very frustrating since it is diet and I don't drink diet soda. What a waste of money and time. My receipt clearly says what I ordered and I specified what I ordered when I called.

Horrible customer service. I called multiple times to have my food delivered and was hung up on twice, and put on hold more than 4 times. I talked to the same person each time and he never helped. Last time i called i tried to get a refund for my $50 order and was never taken off hold after asking for one. They were very rude and not helpful at all.
