The manager here is completely rude to his customers and his staff. Refuses to refund or replace and item made incorrectly. Just terrible customer service. Think twice before giving your money to such a terrible person. Read many other reviews that talk about how the staff here is treated. Neopolitan Primavera managed to somehow be overdone, oily, and mediocre all at once. Food was slow to the table, place was busy but pretty clearly understaffed even for a Thursday night.
Overpriced and definitely cashing in on hipster vibes over quality.
Which is ironic, because what little staff they do have seems to be getting talked down to by management.
Give it a pass, Bambino’s and Pulcinella’s both do it better.
