Pizzuto is a true gem for anyone who loves authentic Italian food and a welcoming atmosphere. The service is absolutely excellent, friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Being family-owned really shows in the care and pride they put into everything they do. The carbonara is rich, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor, and the meatballs are outstanding, tender, savory, and clearly made with love. The ambiance is cozy and wonderful, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. Pizzuto is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again.

I was able to get a personal pizza with my grandson (2 yo) on 10 minutes notice walking in off the street. We enjoyed watching the pizza oven as we waited. He loved it.

Excellent food and service. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal - the best was the pollo campagnolo. The wine was also good and reasonably priced. this place has been here a long time and its clear to see why! A nice atmosphere too, not too loud but just right. Cute decor and clean. Highly recommend. We enjoyed the garlic bread too, yum! And the dessert was delicious (tiramisu!)

Indeed, best Italian in South Seattle. Actually *anywhere* in or around Seattle.

If you’re looking for a solid neighborhood Italian spot with a laid-back, comfortable feel, this place delivers. The chicken Marsala was legit — rich, flavorful, and done right. Owners John and Grant are friendly and down-to-earth. Hard to beat. I highly recommended 👌

Solid family Italian with excellent service. If you want a nice relaxed neighborhood place where you can tuck into a plate of Bolognese and sip a glass of house red, this is the place for you!

We love Pizzutos and we either eat there or get take out two-three times a month! My favorite is the gnocchi with marinara sauce and the rolls. We are lucky to live so close to this neighborhood gem.

I've written a good review of Pizzuto's before, but unfortunately, it's gone downhill. We were there for dinner last night, and both the food and the service left something to be desired. The kids' food came out a good 10 minutes before the adults' food did, so by the time our food arrived, the kids were done eating.

Then there was the Campagnolo. I've had that dish at least a dozen times at Pizzuto's, and it's been pretty good. This time it was bitter, overwhelmingly garlicky, and really hard to eat. Were it not for the different textures, you couldn't tell whether you were eating an artichoke or a mushroom, and not even the capers cut through the other heavy flavors.

Though far away, Pizzuto's used to be our choice for family-style Italian food. I'm afraid it will be awhile before we go back, if we choose to at all.

It's a small, neighborhood place, no frills. The food is great and consistently so. I wish I could give 4.5 stars for service -- it's mainly fine -- sometimes I feel like I am being rushed out of the place, or that the server is a bit gruff with anyone who isn't a regular. We mainly get delivery or pickup from this place, though, and again, the pastas are delicious. Have not had the pizzas. The pasta alla carbonara and the eggplant parmesan are favorites.
