Small bar in Capitol Hill which the latest owner has elevated the cocktails offering and the friendly welcome level. Small so space can be a premium especially downstairs.

This place is such a vibe! I'm not sure why it's not popping more! The drinks are phenomenal, you don't taste the alcohol but they pack a punch. The bar tender Justin is such a sweetheart too. His mixology skills are top notch. It's a bit farther from the rest of cap hill, but if you're looking for a chill vibe to start the evening, this is definitely the place to go! Highly recommend.I didn't have any food, so I'm not sure how it is, but given the quality of the drinks and service, I can't imagine it being subpar.

A lovely place to eat. The drinks are delicious, the food is thoughtful and well executed, and the staff are friendly. This is such a fun place for happy hour, with good music and a quiet atmosphere.
This is such an underrated spot. Me and my friend were there on a Friday and it wasn’t packed to my surprise. I am not kidding when I say that their cocktails are THE BEST. If you are more into dive bars then don’t bother, but if you are looking for an elegant place, where drinks and food are not too expensive, great ambience, music and Justin (general manager/bartender) will make your experience/date incredible. They have beautiful art on the walls, many events like comedy shows and pain-and-sips. Overall, I loved this place so much so highly recommend??

My small group was looking for somewhere we haven’t been, where we could enjoy the vibe and chat, but wouldn’t be too rowdy on a Saturday. I’m really glad we stopped in here! It sounds like this spot has been around a while, and new ownership are seeking a fresh start. They definitely gave us a great impression last night! The art and ambience from the street stood out easily next to neighboring businesses, that was when we decided to come in and try some drinks. Staff (I believe it was Dre and Casey) were super welcoming and kind, the mac and cheese and the cocktails were all amazing, and there are beautiful pieces of art all over both floors to admire (and available for purchase!) which we really enjoyed. The lighting and mood upstairs was relaxing and comfortable. We will be back and will be recommending Poco to our friends.
Wonderful cocktails! I would definitely come again on a date or with a friend.
Really cool atmosphere, drinks are fun and the bartender/manager was really helpful! Would recommend.

New management so the pics and reviews from 12+ months ago aren’t relevant. They will take your reservation through Resy, but they don’t actually take reservations. Extremely limited seating and okay drinks. Didn’t try the food since we didn’t end up having a table. Will not be going back.
If I could give a zero rating I most definitely would. We met with one of the “new owners” on Sept 29th and discussed having an event there on Oct 29th. Everything was going to according to plan, until we get a phone call a week from our event. The phone call was from the owner of Poco basically explaining to us that her business partner was not on board with our event and that their lounge was not that kind of establishment. All we know is, in just a few days our event was reported to eventbrite and canceled because they reported that we did not have the clearing to have an event there. Not only was this a huge inconvenience for us, but for all of our friends and our following. We had friends whom already purchased costumes and airline tickets to come to our event. Also our friends had to be let down and all of the refunds we had to send back. This whole situation has been stressful and tarnished our reputation as promoters and event planners.I would never step foot in this establishment ever again. The level of unprofessionalism of this place is really bothersome.Furthermore, I would never do business with a place who has stereotyped us as fraudulent and black. As a black owner yourself how do you think that makes us feel being disrespected by hurtful words from you all?
We expected a quiet place for drinks but when we went, there was a live DJ (very fun but also very loud and different vibe than we expected)
Had the opportunity to enjoy Poco Wine bar on a relatively slow Saturday evening after flying in from Southern California. Absolutely enjoyed the cuisine. Truffle Mac and cheese 5 stars Wings - chef daily seasoning 5 stars Salmon cakes - 5 stars Everything was made to order so it came out hot and fresh which made the slight wait well worth it. The drinks were great also. For me it was exceptional to see the mother/ son duo running the establishment. I would most definitely come back here during a future visit to Seattle. Cheers!!
Friendly environment and people. The music was nice and the place was clean. P.s The owner is handsome lol
