Staff is not very friendly, food and drinks were bad. Which I guess makes sense if you hire people who don't care... You're matcha will be milky, and if you politely ask for more matcha you're scoffed at, and the two male baristas behind the bar will talk shit about you. Cortado was sour, and I wish I was joking but the top of my lox sandwhich was literally so rock hard I couldn't even crush it with my hands. It's brioche too like idek how you manage to turn the softest bread into something that very well could break a tooth. And the fact they had to know it was over toasted or something still chose to serve it... Definitely not an accident and disappointing for such a high end hotel

It conveniently located on the street level of the Graduate by Hilton. There were exterior and interior entrances. Received warm welcome upon walking in. The breakfast sandwiches are $8 each. The mountain bacon, egg and cheese were in good combination, which tasted good. The lox, egg and cheese was fantastic for breakfast!

Terrible service today. A group of us went there today to try out a new cafe. The staff were not welcoming, and when asked āis this a 16oz coffee?ā when my 16oz mug was only 80% full, the barista stared at me and said āFINE, Iāll give you moreā. š§It was an unexpected unkindness.

I came here with a friend and the employee offered the student discount to my friend, but not me at all for reasons I canāt help to think that are just plain discriminatory.
I ordered an iced tea, but probably didnāt need to spend $6 on iced water. Probably wouldnāt ever come here again.
Stopped in to grab a mocha and the person helping us was kind and helpful. We asked for lunch recommendations and followed their advice, and it was great. The mocha was my perfect balance of sweet and bitter- thank you!
Good spot to grab a coffee and a pastry! Always stop in here when I stay at the Graduate Hotel. Solid drinks and food, but service seems to take forever for some reason, even when there are no other customers
While their coffee and pastries are good, the service is not. I waited 15 minutes for a cinnamon roll and latte. Itās not the first time they lost track of my order. A customer that ordered 7 minutes after me got 2 beverages before me. There are 4 staff working and none of them appeared to have the urgency and seriousness to manage the coffee shop when it gets busy.
Rushed in for a coffee and I noticed a cut on my hand (minor) The person behind the coffee bar was able to see me holding a paper towel with my finger and asked if I wanted either a Band-Aid or some alcohol wipes. They were super friendly. Ordered my coffee. It came out very quickly and may not be the best coffee or in Seattle but with the level of service that and what seems like a convenient location. There's not much more to ask for!

I realize that coffee is expensive and rent is expensive and paying wages etc. I donāt mind paying and tipping at all. So I bought an Americano w extra shot here. While the 2 employees chatted I waited and ordered. It was 8 dollars for a 12 oz w tip. I asked if for stevia. Only sweet n low and sugar in raw. If I goto 7 11 they have 5 sugar substitutes to choose from. There was also no cream left and they looked pissed when I asked and that took 10 minutes. Coffee was cold and actually not good at all. So skip this overpriced train wreck. There are many more to choose from.
They had automatic 20% gratuity even for takeout coffee
Staff here is always amazing and super chill. Coffee always hits and don't even get me started on their baked goods...AMAZING! The apple fall apart cup is my favorite.
The place is really cute and I enjoyed the concept and atmosphere, the staff is very attentive and kind but the drinks are overpriced for what is worth, my drink was mediocre and I regretted ordering it from here specially because I treat myself to one coffee per week.
I became obsessed with this coffee! It's the best pumpkin latte I've ever had! The humas/vegan wraps are super good, and the service was 100! Thanks for making my trip to Seattle great! I'll be back, and I'll make sure to stop by and say hi - (redhair)
