Great poke, perfect size for a filling lunch. Good variety of toppings and proteins and sauces. The owner is very kind as well. It’s just barely pricier than a typical poke place but worth the price. Can be busy during lunch so I’d avoid the lunch rush if you can.

I’ve been going to Alice poke since 2018 and have such fondness for them - they’re extremely kind and the food has been both consistent and delicious.

Thank you for the fresh and delicious poke! The portions were generous and the ingredients were so flavorful. After our adventure at Cognition Escapes, this was the perfect place to recharge and enjoy a healthy, satisfying meal

$20+ (with tax and tip) for 10 really small pieces of fish per bowl. The flavors are good, but this was more a vegetarian bowl with a side sample of protein.

Ordered via MealPal and it was bit disappointing. The bowl had 2/3 filled with brown rice and the rest 1/3 filled with poke and toppings. It was just too much portion of rice and too little of protein/toppings. The poke had stale taste, so I ended up eating only the crab salad 😔

Easy to reach and quick to serve Poke Alice is a great spot to grab some lunch.

I got the Aloha Crunch and it was the perfect amount of food for a satisfying meal while also tasting pretty awesome.

Would definitely go back to try other things on the menu!

Was very disappointed with the portions of food given the amount the poke cost. It also wasn't very tasty and I notice they put saran wrap in the microwave to heat up the musubi which alarmed me. I also noticed the rice didnt taste very high quality.

I wont be returning which is sad since I love poke, am from hawaii, and work next door.

The owner (older man with glasses) who works here lacks customer service which tells me… are you OK? Everyone has bad days but based on past reviews, it seems like a pattern… Unfortunately in the food industry, customer service matters. Your reputation matters. By making customer wait out in front multiple times, that’s something to improve on. What he serves isn’t consistently fresh and I don’t blame them—everything costs in a business and without customers—you’re losing money. Again, something to improve on. I’m not saying this to criticize the business but to point out areas of improvement and increase sales.

As someone who has successful restaurant owners in the family, I felt sorry for this business that was empty or had few customers during lunch hour (I’m a child of immigrants so I know how hard it is to be a minority running a small business). But to be successful, you have to listen to customers, learn, and adapt. By outwardly showing negative emotions in front of customers or treating customers poorly tells me you don’t care about what you serve and your ego is too involved. People like to support people and businesses that care. I’m sorry but maybe this line of business wasn’t the right fit, or better suited doing back office instead of customer-facing roles.

FYI I was coming from the hospital and poke was supposed to be something to look forward to. So as an owner, please be mindful how your behavior can affect another person.

At the same time, I hope you find peace and happiness. If you’re happy, it will show in everything you do and you can draw more success. Happy customers mean repeat sales. Hard to be happy around grumpy people in customer service role (and customers will remember). Something to be mindful of. Your poke is actually not that bad.

My first time to use MealPal. He let the customer waiting for over 5 mins while he is washing something in the kitchen. The owner treat me badly because my wrongly operations on the MealPal app. He’s very impatient and almost throw my poke box to me. I’ll never go to this place again.
