I ordered a DoorDash delivery from here on 1/30/2025 and spent that night in the ER due to food poisoning. I know for sure that this was the place I had contracted it as it was the only meal I had that day, and that I had immediately felt unwell roughly an hour after consuming but did not expect to continuously feel the way I did for 12 more hours.
We called them to let them know of my situation and the person who picked up the phone was mildly unprofessional but I understand that the message they received over the phone wasn’t the one they were expecting. But from the tone of the guy who picked up, he sounded disinterested and was barely apologetic. I get not being there the day my food was made, but you have to realize that you are a representative of the business regardless of the day you work. So being mono-toned over the phone when someone is telling you they spent a night on the ER due to the business, it honestly cant be good. We assume that it’s because you guys may have believed that I just wanted a refund but I genuinely did spend the night in the ER. I was having bloody stool the entire night. I was unable to keep anything down my stomach. I was in and out of consciousness because of how much pain I was in.
Regardless of that, thank you for at least picking up the phone.

Really great friendly service tonight, enjoyed my large poke bowl. The yuzu sauce was perfect. I would only say the rice for the bowl was too sweet, which made the entire meal too sweet But everything else I really loved.

i come to ballard like once a month or so to get my nails done… and because i usually get them done around noon, i’m usually hungry after.
i was randomly craving poke one of those times and i am a Certified Hater of just poké due to its price and, frankly, mediocrity. i did a search to see if there was anything else around and this place came up.
i walked in and was greeted by a super cool guy (i did not get his name but he has long hair and snakebites). i told him it was my first time in and he helped me put my bowl together. like i said he was super cool and i was the only person inside so we were just yapping which was fun.
the inside of the place isn’t a special atmospheric adventure but it has some big windows so there’s lots of natural light.
overall, this place was pretty good. fish was fresh and there’s a good selection of toppings and sauces. if i’m ever craving poke after my nail appointments, i’ll swing by.

AH-MAZING FLAVOR!!! And so filling. I ordered door dash delivery for my man and I and wow, this was absolutely incredible. So fresh, the spicy tuna was indeed spicy and amazing and all of the toppings are phenomenal as well. Mhm
