I wanted to enjoy a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon at the bar, but I was quickly greeted by an hour long wait to get a beer that should’ve taken less than 20 minutes. The place was severely understaffed. We stepped out later to get a box of pizza and when we brought it back we were harassed by the staff for having outside food, despite the fact it would have taken about 3 hours to get any food because of their awful service and we had spent over $100 on drinks, which were right in front of us. I am excited to say I’ll never be back!

This particular night I didn’t have food. It was a Friday. I believe this is the only night for live music. House Band seems to be on rotation with other bands. When I first entered (it was dark) I didn’t realize there wasn’t a roof over my head until I was in the middle of the place. There’s a round fire pit and three different bars around the main stage. Cool place with an industrial look/feel.

Do not go to this bar! I was charged $66.06 for two drinks. My guest and I stopped in for one drink before a wedding across the street. I called the next day after seeing the amount charged and asked for an itemized receipt! I provided the date and exact time but they said they can’t provide that without the transaction number which my bank did not have yet as the charge was pending. I emailed twice explaining the situation and never received a return call or email. So I contested the charge and my bank approved it. I will never go back to Pono Ranch.

Vibes were amazing! If you're going here to see a show or watch a game, do it!Food was fairly mediocre. We were seated near the exit on the south side of the outdoor patio and saw multiple rats. This was concerning, and I'm not coming back because of it.

Was there on Saturday after my wedding and my mom was charged $60 for 2 drinks by the male bartender with dark hair and sleeve tattoos. If you look at yelp reviews, it seems this has been going on for months. This place needs to be shut down.

Truthfully my rating would be like a 3.5, but I rounded up because the staff was pretty sweet. The actual mixed drinks in house we tried were very mediocre, but the ciders, beers, etc were fine. The ambiance was actually quite lovely, there is a ton of seating, and there was live music! There was a 10$ cover fee, not sure if this was because of the music or just because it was a saturday night, but that seemed a bit steep to my group and I. I will likely return for the ambiance and... maybe a cider!

Chicken tenders and fries had way too much pepper. There was no waitress. You have to order from bartender. There was a band who were awesome but the place was way too crowded. Probably over capacity. Crowd was very young.Parking: Get there early if you want a spot
