I had a rather underwhelming experience here. The food was overly greasy and didn’t quite match the familiar taste I expected from Popeyes. The staff, though polite, seemed overwhelmed due to severe understaffing, making service slower than usual. Additionally, the restaurant wasn’t well-maintained, which, unfortunately, seems to be a common issue at many Popeyes locations.
You can tell the people we’re feeling rushed here no smile no nothing. It was just like get your food and get out of here. Didn’t even feel comfortable eating it.

Got the 5 piece tenders, only got two sauce packs. The Cole slaw was not good at all. The ice machine was broke. One woman kept yelling at a dude that he was lazy when he was clearly working. The dining area was filthy, all the tables were covered in crumbs and there were fries and partial chicken tenders everywhere. I was the only person in there for 10 minutes before i was asked for my order.

Im giving this five stars because drive thru was great and friendly. I had stopped coming because the service was horrible but decided to give it another try. First time ever that I didn’t have to pull in front and wait a significant amount of time and drive through was super friendly

What bad service from these slow and pure women who give the delivery guys a hard time, they should have more men who, if they are attentive to their work, take a long time to give the order because they are having a hard time with Uber people and bad service. Today February 2

I always enjoy Popeyes' fried chicken; so tasty and yummy. This review is about the service at this particular restaurant.
First, the service at the drive-thru was really, really slow. Then when I got to the window, they'd lost my order somehow. So I had to place my order again. Then, I guess the person at the window did here my order for an apple pie. So after I'd left, I discovered that they hadn't given me a pie. Fortunately, I wasn't charged for it. But still... Very disappointing.

Georgia took our order, we checked our order before taking off. We realized she forgot one of our sides and also gave us small fries when we ordered large combos. When we told her about the mistake, she gave us an attitude about it. It’s really not that hard to get some mash potatoes and fries? Also, she gave our drinks and the cup was sticky and wet from the soda being on the outside of the cup aswell.

2, wings are good but I’ve decided to write a review after trying to see if there is a difference every time I come , first every time I order a chicken sandwich, parts of the sandwich meat is hard which is probably not fresh and was not reheated long enough, comes out warm nor it is crunchy like it was before. I love Popeyes but something needs to be done. I seen that they answered costumer reviews with the same reply, clearly they don’t care & haven’t done anything about it.

This Popeyes issssss crazy!
We arrived and the drive through was backed up a bit, so we made the horrible mistake of going inside. The manager on duty was NOT having it that day; and just continued to yell and scream at the employees who were working and threatened to walk out about 40 times until she did. (Later seen outside on her phone so didn’t ever get the nerve to ACTUALLY quit)
This scene and debacle made every employee and customer visually uncomfortable. Once that happened it was ALL DOWN HILL from there.
It was like every employee gave up at that point. People would walk in and no one would greet them, or even go to the register to assist. All the kids working looked so defeated and wouldn’t face a customer. The line inside got to be about 10 people deep all patiently waiting for ANYONE to pay attention to them.
I felt bad for those kids working. I’ve never seen a grown adult throw a fit like that let alone a manager on duty.
I ended out leaving with my meal and was lucky to have ordered before this ordeal cause it. Was. Wild.
Chicken was hot though! Can’t take that away from them. Sandwich is still the best in the game. Service was just…. Something else.
