Been going here for 7 years. Always has and always seems to be in a perpetual state of being understaffed. Counter service is slooooooowwww. If the chicken wasn't so good, i would never go here.
Edit: back again almost a year later. My Uber Eats ticket (and a handful of other customers too) sat on the printer for 20 min before someone acknowledged them. Took another 30 min to get the order done.
NEVER come here unless you can wait. Unfortunately it's the only Popeyes in the area, otherwise I would boycott.

Second time pay allot for an order and they leave out items that make up a deal and then the food was not good at at all … dont know if it’s the cook or if the place is up to standard of being clean but definitely took a negative toll on the body never experienced this at a Popeyes before not coming back ever

I just want say I'm really surprised with the service. It was good 👍🏿 finally years ago it used be horrible full of attitude and rudeness. The chicken was alright but the service OMG 😲 what change!

If I could provide 0 stars I would. This store has some of the worst mismanagement and customer service I have ever experienced. The staff and management are constantly stressed and projecting that frustrating on to their customers. If you are short-staffed, that is a management issue. Orders are constantly incorrect and staff is defensive and rude when this is pointed out. I could not recommend a Popeyes less to anyone.

We've been here a lot. The food is very good, but often the staff is swamped and frazzled. I know they're working as hard as they can. Occasionally the order is wrong, and I don't usually mind because it's still pretty delicious. The wait can be long sometimes.

Haven't been to Popeyes in a grip of time but went here for a quick bite. The environment is not at all great... we didn't get out and went through the drive-through. Didn't really feel safe sitting in the parking lot to eat either. We only got 2 wraps and a biscuit. If I'm not mistaken... you used to get sauce or honey with your biscuits 🤔 but I guess not anymore lol. Our wraps were one bites worth... The drive-through worker was cool tho.
