Asked for Chicken Tenders, gave me a classic chicken sandwich. Don’t know how you can mess it up.

After being rudely talked to by someone at a different Popeyes location, it was very pleasant to have a lovely interaction at the Southcenter Mall Popeyes. The employee taking my order around 7pm today was very nice. Food was fresh, delicious, and came out fast.

The red beans and rice smell RANCID. it’s my favorite thing about Popeyes. the moment I opened these they smelled rancid. The large side is like $10 and it’s going in the trash.

I had a disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. The service was poor—staff seemed uninterested and not very welcoming. I waited quite a while before anyone took my order, and there was no apology or explanation. When I finally got my food, the chicken tenders were extremely dry and tough, lacking any juiciness or flavor. The fries were just as bad—hard, overcooked, and stale. Overall, the food quality and customer service were far below expectations. I’ve enjoyed Popeyes at other locations, but sadly, this one did not live up to the standard. I won’t be coming back here again.

Lazy staff

I used to go there a lot, and now they had new employees. There was a girl named May, she was really a good person. I don’t see her here anymore. I bet it’s a loss for them as May is really nice, and has a great customer service.

The food is not as excellent as before, the tenders are rough and small. The cashiers are not very active. I wish Popeyes Good Luck.

Terrible service! Never going here again!
Everyone who works there is SO slow, there is no way management is present...everyone walks around like a slug & they don't care how long it takes to get your food! VERY very bad customer service...will never order from here again! It's ashame because there was other customers saying the same thing to me and we bonded over the fact that we stood there for half an hour while getting the same terrible service. Never again!

I like the Popeyes restaurant at Southcenter Mall. The workers there are great and I like to eat there every once in a while. At least I don’t have to drive the other way around to go to other Popeyes location.

Given the wrong items, my biscuits were harder than a rock, and the manager gave me straight up attitude. My buddy's chicken wasn't even cooked all the way and was straight up bloody. Not coming back, and I usually love Popeyes.
