A good go-to place for meeting friends. Good breakfast food and an efficient, courteous wait staff.

Excellent food and service. We booked a table and waited for 3 minutes when we arrived. Food selection was excellent as well as quality and taste. Highly recommended and will come back to try more from the menu

You can never go wrong with with one of the seasonal specials. My scramble was everything I wanted on a crisp, fall day: cheesy, tender chunks of pumpkin, a riot of thinly sliced peppers and a topping of crunchy pepitas. With a side of nicely dressed greens and a chunk of house-made bread, I was set. Service, as usual, was friendly and efficient.

We had a reservation for 10am and we were not seated till after 1030. Many came after us and were seated before us. What's the point of a reservation if it's not ready at that time? Frustrating.

I've been going to PBC since the original one first opened in the U-District. Hands-down the best brunch spot in Seattle history. It's exactly what brunch should be: fun, delicious, and made with love. Lots of healthy options, and lots of not-so-healthy options all made by hand with locally sourced ingredients.

Our reservation were for 10, we requested the private dining room space, a lot quieter area. The Owner was our host that day. He got us set up right away, checked back on us. Our servers were attentive, the food arrived in a timely manner for 7 of us, a bit of a delay for 3 of us. We all are well. Thanks.

This was the first time I've been to the Southlake Union location. Portage Bay Café has Ben a favorite in Seattle for as long as I can remember. The food is excellent as is the service. This location is just too noisy. It's hard to have a conversation. If it's summertime, sit outside

Such an amazing experience from the view to the food. Our server was very attentive and really helped direct us to some great entrees. I will creep about the fresh tomato for a long time

The open fruit bar changed what I planned to eat, which was crab cake Benedict. The assortment of fresh berries and sliced fresh peaches changed my order decision to French toast. The wait staff was exceptional, ensuring my coffee cup was always filled and my water glass replenished.

Honestly, we just walked out. Our reservation was at 11:15, but when we arrived, the hostess told us there would be a 15–20 minute wait because a group sitting outside had decided they wanted to move indoors. I've worked as a hostess before, and we never made reservations wait just because someone wanted to switch tables. In situations like that, we'd put those guests on a waitlist for a new table and prioritize the reservation instead.

Fantastic as always! Superior hospitality, delicious and generous portions from local, organic ingredients. LOVE IT!!

Great experience, we had a great server and the food was amazing. Thank you for continuing your good service!

Food was ok, but nothing to return for. Too much cheese and salt in my dish, and companion's avocado slices were way past prime, had lots of black. The worst part of the restaurant is its ambience. Cavernous and very loud and echoing, huge number of tables and people, like an airport food court but way louder.

We always go to Portage Bay when we're in town. The food is always excellent, the portions generous, and the staff friendly. It's one of my favorite brunch places anywhere.

We just loved Portage Bay. We had our favorite waitress, Regan. She makes the dining experience that much better!!!!
