Sucks… “Undercover fries”. they don’t even put enough powder for you to taste anything, you’re better off ordering regular fries from McDonald’s. The original potato corner is 1000% way better.

They must have changed the seasoning since rebranding to undercover fries cause they definitely lost the addiction MSG factor. The portions were also less than we remembered.

I got the chicken combo with the 5 wings. When I tell you, I can literally put the entire wing in the small cup of BBQ sauce that they give you. I knew it was a rip off!

The sample BBQ and sour cream taters were perfectly crisp with a filling that was almost mashed‑potato like, so we returned an hour later to order a large portion. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the same, just regular tater tots that were overly seasoned. Service, well didn't call out our order when it was ready!

This is unbelievable, we never experienced this super unprofessional and terrible customer service. We ordered food there and then order smoothies from the other shop which Infront of them, I was back in less than a minute and start waiting for my order number. After 10 minutes I observed that they are calling numbers way after me, so I asked them and they handed me my order which is rested on side for too long. I told them it's cold and soggy. They said we called your order number and it's your fault. I told them that I was back in less than a minute, but you never called my number again in 10 minutes. Kindly give me hot fries but they continuously argue with me even their manager PAWAN, I called him that maybe he will treat us little better but found that he was very unprofessional, and pathetic guy who's arguing us for just a small order. I asked him what kind of customer service you are giving me, so he said I don't know about customer service that all your fault. We used to like their food whenever we visit that mall but not anymore. We literally not worried about the money that we wasted over there, we are just shocked to see the behavior of this kind of service. 100% Boycott.

They have changed a lot. It's no longer Potato Corner. I guess they lose their licensing and copyright franchise? Their chili bbq flavor is nasty, more salty and less spicy. I don't like it at all. The new guys don't know how to fry the fries. It's either too cooked or less cooked.
I tried it once and never come back. Totally disappointing...

Potato Corner at Southcenter Mall is now called Undercover Fries and extremely disappointed. The fries quality is horrible. Thier original skinny fries were much better than what they're selling now.

Went to Potato Corner for the first time. They are well known for their top notch French Fries 🍟. You just simply select what kind of fries, what spices you want on it, and what size you want. Super delicious and very fresh tasting. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it 😍!!!
