Fourth time this year that my delivery order was wrong. Twice for missing items. This latest time, they wouldn't send someone to deliver the item and refused to issue a refund. The person I spoke with claimed to be the manager. Total incompetence.

I recently placed an online order and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The mac and cheese was extremely salty, the avocado was hard and unripe, and the meat was also overly salty. On top of that, I ordered a S'mores cookie but instead received a completely different cookie without being told in advance that my choice was unavailable.
When I called about the issue, I was told the item was out of stock and that a substitute had been given without my consent. This is concerning because if I had a food allergy, it could have posed a serious risk. Substitutions should never be made without checking with the customer first.
The refund email I received stated, “the customer was mad because we didn’t have the S'mores cookie.” This came across as dismissive and unprofessional, ignoring the real issue of lack of communication and the potential safety risk.
The worst part of this experience was my phone call with Brett. While my tone was firm and unhappy, it was in no way loud or aggressive. Brett, who as a manager has the power to handle the situation professionally, instead raised their voice, talked over me repeatedly, and was confrontational and dismissive. They interrupted me while I explained the potential allergy risk of the substitution, completely disregarding my concerns. Choosing to be rude instead of helpful made an already frustrating situation far worse.
This experience left me feeling unsafe, mistreated, and unheard as a customer. I strongly recommend that this location reevaluate how they train employees and managers on proper customer service, including de-escalation techniques, accountability, and respect. Clear communication about out-of-stock items, careful handling of substitutions, and professional interactions are basic expectations that were completely ignored here.

No English spoken here. No gluten free options. Asked and asked and ASKED for a lettuce wrap and didn't get that at checkout. Got sandwich fixings tossed into a bowl with shredded lettuce. These guys need to get ONE person per shift that's an English speaker and maybe think more about gluten free customers.

I ordered a sandwich with double meat and it appeared (based on previous sandwiches from there) that it was not. The woman at the counter took the sandwich that left the restaurant and put it on the back counter in front of the toppings, contaminating the entire surface, a food safety problem. That makes me anxious about other food safety practices.
She was also very rude and made the entire experience even more uncomfortable than it already was. I'm really disappointed as we have eaten here several times in the past. Good thing George's has good sandwiches just down the street.

Simply amazing. I had the Italian toasty plus tomato, onion, hot peppers, lettuce and red wine vinegar plus mayo. Delicious.
The furniture is uncomfortable and it was way too hot inside. I was confused on how to order due to all the people waiting by the counter for their mobile pickups. Thankfully they have an outdoor sitting area so I ate outside.

Good luck getting the sandwich that you asked for… whether you place the order in person or online, they find a way to make a mistake. Definitely not worth the price unless you get lucky and they make your sandwich correctly.

Nothing special about this sub shop over any of the others, but at least the competitors open and close when their advertised hours are. Can't say I will go to the Seattle location at 1208 Madison St #121

They mess up food pretty frequently. I called for a refund or a new sandwich when they sent me the wrong order and they kept telling me to call back and talk to someone. Never got my refund
